We monitor reviews for authenticity
I registered on modelmanagement.com, and they emailed me on one casting call that fit my profile on their website. I applied to it and saw another casting, so I tried to apply to it; they told me I hit the maximum free casting, so now I have to pay a fee. $119.00 a year, they said, this was a 50% discount from their regular fees. How do they send me a casting that fits my profile? Then I tried to apply for another, but they blocked me from applying, saying I ran out of free casting. They should tell all new members they can only apply to one free casting before they are required to pay for a subscription. How they did it looks very fishy. I understand they're in the business of making money but should be more upfront and transparent about their intentions and fees.
This website offers you modelling work. After you register, you can only respond to 1 job. You will also receive that job immediately after you are registered. If you respond to it, you won't hear anything. But you receive emails every day that a company has a casting for you. However, you can only respond to them if you are a premium member. That costs 180 euros a year but they also send you offers every day that you can do it cheaper. So it's just a website trying to have premium (paying) members and otherwise you never hear anything if you respond to a casting. See on my pictures how many emails they send you for castings! Every day there is a casting they want you for!

As others have mentioned here, whether you find this site helpful or not in connecting with photogs and models (I did not find it helpful), they are just in it for the money. They don't tell you it's an auto-renew subscription (see my proof of purchase here), rather than the one-year subscription I thought I was purchasing. They don't even have the professionalism to forewarn you that they're going to charge you a subscription fee before you discover it on your credit card, and no amount of requests to have it refunded will help. Not impressed at all.

I am a professional headshot photographer. I joined Model Management hoping to find new people to work with. Despite providing both a professional website link which contains customer reviews and substantial photographic evidence I was disapproved to join based on the lack of clicks on my instagram from models. I thought this was a very poor way to treat a photographer who is building on work. When I placed a review on trust pilot they then challenged my experience as ingenuine. If your a creative, dont use this site.

Found 0 castings through the platform in months. Then realized that its impossible to find anything through it. After months forgot about its existence, they just debit 100 euros from my card without any notification, and when I text customer service that I won't need the service and asked for a refund, they just refuse. Feel like being scammed. Don't give your money to this nonsense platform.

I gave this platform a shot. For the year I 've taken only for a few small shootings and they eventually cancelled after I bought the flight tickets. So I didn't want to continue my subscription.
The Terms said: "The subscription to website MODELMANAGEMENT.COM and mobile application MODEL NOW shall terminate automatically in case the Model does not pay the subscription fee for the renewal of its subscription as and when due as set forth under "fees"."
On the 1st of April I've got an email from modelmanagemet.com that they failed to renew my subscribtion via my PayPal. According to their Terms my subscribtion is cancelled in that case. Never the less, they continued to try (without a warning email!) and on the 9th of April made a withdriwal through the PayPal from the DIFFERENT CARD, not the card that I registrated on their site and made my first payment. And this card owns my ex husband. This looks like a complete SCAM. I haven't recieved any emails that they are going to reach me through the different bank account. Of course they don't want to make a refund and reply with the template emails, don't even write what exactly I've mailed. Don't recommend this platform!

Money back and now they are denying to do anything about it. I haven't made an income in over 10 years due to health and recently got divorced I just started making money training horses in the last month and the last couple of weeks I have been dealing with health stuff again and couldn't work so I haven't gotten paid. Im why on money to pay for fuel at the end of this week and was hoping I'd get this money back since it's a sham but they won't do anything. Stay away from this place and save your money.

I have been actively requesting and denied a refund from this company, while using your services I was contacted by a photographer who tried to trap me in a hotel room! Due to this traumatic experience I am no longer modeling and feel entirely unsafe being on your site! Your code of conduct lists that any time you feel that your safety is at risk or you have dealt with an experience such as mine you are refunded. Please delete my page and refund my money.

As a pro tog I am on a lot of sites but trying to join this one floored me.
Believe it or not you cannot join unless you use Instagram. After they've made you jump through several hopps they then insist you link your profile to Instagram. I don't use it, never have and never will. I emailed them to tell them I don't use it and they just kinda said 'well you can't join then' But in a more long-winded way. Absolutely ridiculous. There's a lot of good sites out there guys. Avoid this one like the plague.

I was charged $99 for a recurring premium membership on 6/29/22 that I made in 2021. I thought I cancelled the membership and I NEVER RECIEVED A RENEWAL NOTICE. So I requested a refund as I no longer use modelmanagment.com and haven't done so in months. I sent an email to modelmanagement.com membership requesting a refund on 6/29/22. I was told that they do not offer refunds for renewal, but I had no idea about the renewal until I was charged.
It is highly UNETHICAL to charge people for something that can't be refunded without giving them a chance to cancel with a renewal notice.

Several indices tend to make believe that several accounts seem false. The renewal of the subscription was done automatically, without warning to the subscriber in the prior days. However, ModelManagement does not hesitate to communicate with the members quite often, by sending them messages, in order to promote the supposed new members (models). Some profiles are real, but many seem fake and not a real person. The company behind this website does not seem to back down from questionable practices.

I have been shooting modeling photography for 13+ years. I joined Model Management to have another platform for seeking Models for jobs and castings. Roughly the beginning of May, 2022 I suddenly noticed that my account was in some type of " Pending Status. " I thought this was some type of computer glitch or site error so I paid little attention at first. After about a week I inquired to the Team, namely " Claudia " and " Lisa " at Model Management, who after several e-mails back and forth said that because I had NOT TAGGED PEOPLE I WORKED WITH ON INSTAGRAM, they would not approve my account with Model Management. What? Yeah, that`s what I said. What does tagging on INSTAGRAM have to do with my PAID PREMIUM Subscription to MODEL MANAGEMENT? It shouldn`t have anything to do with it. My account, for OVER A YEAR was a Premium account and worked as it should have. Apparently, because I refuse to tag ( Out of my clients privacy concerns) models I`ve shot on instagram, my PAID Model Management account will be held in this useless setting. So they RIP YOU OFF because the site is unusable. They just want you to tag so they can market to those individuals even though I`ve already paid MM. Their helpdesk people are completely inept and obviously reply with scripted emails. No Company can survive with such horrible customer service. If you enjoy being RIPPED OFF, this is YOUR COMPANY! BEWARE! PS- They responded below and it is total LIES. I had a premium account that had been approved by their " Team ", and then they DEMANDED I TAG Models on my Instagram Page... for THEM. They are childish and even the response below explains nothing as you can see it is a JOKE! You are warned, I am telling you, you are WARNED.

I purchased this service a year ago, and used few times to connect the local photographers from the application. You apply into castings none of the big castings turn back, applications sit there. I stop using the application after few months of my purchase, I did not see any value. I thought this was a one time purchase, I did through their website. In nowhere in my phone there was a sign that I am still subscribed to this service after a year. On April 2nd, the day of my renewal I received an email that is a purchase confirmation. Until that point, there was no alert about the renewal. I went ahead and checked the charge from my online banking saw it is "Pending". Immediately cancelled subscription and reached out to the customer service. I am hoping that they are going to immediately cancel the charge. Instead, they said it is too late. I explained multiple times how I was blindsided and how I was not noticed whatsoever from anywhere that this charge is gonna go through that day except of the purchase confirmation email. This customer service is not to serve customer or protect their rights but just to persuade you to give up on your money. I said I have not been using this service over 6 months. This is a full year subscription I do not want to pay this amount for a service I did not even use over 6 months and not planning to use at all. They did not help me. I opened a dispute and they turned back to my email by saying they can make an exception and give 50% refund if I cancel the dispute. Otherwise I lose my chance to get half of my money back. I have been going back and forth with these people telling me that no refunds then telling me that 50% compromise on the money they take from my account because my credit card is on file. I never felt this disappointed about a service I gave it a try before. I don't how much they need my money to survive but they literally acting like I am responsible of the amount they charge me out of my control. Never been put into such misery because I agreed on "the terms" which is "required" to purchase this online service anyways.

I payed a premium membership on this site at april 2021 hoping i get some opportunity on modeling, i just apply 100+ castings and events, not even 1 notification or interest from this FAKE companys so after 5 months i just STOP of login on this site or APP, the day 31/03/2022 i just log in after almost 6 months and cancel my membership and also eliminate my account the surprise hits me when date 01/04/2022 i just get charged by 89.0 euros, supposed to be the renewal of my membership, but i send emails and always the same answer, they dont make refounds, so i ask what can i do? And they say to me that neither me or they can do anything my account does not exist and they cant refound, so they obbligates me to pay for a service that i cant use. Be aware of this sick company stay away good luck. Hope this review change your mind and save your money.

They charged the renewal of my account while I already had canceled it and they refuse to give me back the money they illegally stole from me. A real scam, half of the offers are fake and most of it are male photographers looking to shoot woman in lingerie. A real shame for the artist, they are thieves in disguise.
