This has been the worst nightmare, I am very unhappy with my dresses bulky, heavy don't even fit. Do not believe their return policy, totally false. They are not accepting my dresses back, they only want to refund me $80 dollars from the almost $400 I paid for 2 dresses. Customer service is also the worst I have experienced on returns.
Very simple. I went online and booked through them. I showed up at the hotel to find out there were no rooms available. I called customer service back who not only made me wait an hour but tried to negotiate with me a refund/return my money for their mistake
Reservation crashes and charged USD, called immediately no help, extremely confrontational rep.
