Can't talk to a live person. They lie about back orders. Zero customer service. I called 8 c and sent 8 emails. No reply. Horrible. Stay away.

It was my first online purchase and I was very careful choosing the right seller and their scooter.
Needless to say, I made a good decision by purchasing my Luxuryton scooter.
Not just because the company had the best price with the free shipping, but because the scooter has the most features compered to the others on the market, and it was shipped very fast, professionally packed on a safe pallet.
The scooter is built on a very stable frame equipped with a powerful electric motor that can take me anywhere I dream to travel, to groceries, to the park etc...
I've put over 240 miles on it already and had no problem with it so far.
I will keep you updated if something changes.

My mom purchased an electric tricycle a couple of weeks ago and she is extremely happy with it. My dad is a master mechanic and said that the trike is the best he had ever seen. It's very sturdy, well-balanced, easy-to-use, stable and very safe for a person between 5.1" and 6.2". If you are over 6.2" and over 320 lbs, it may be a stability issue for you and you need to find something else. I am sure if you find somebody making other comment, he/she is over that limit. The reason why my mom got this trike was the 1/ factory low price 2/ availability 3/ customer service 4/ parts availability.
She had put about 100 miles on it already and you can see that the components are of great quality.

I am quickly falling apart body wise. Arthritis is taking over and especially the knees. I have limited walking range and I am missing out on a lot of activities that require some walking and resulting pain. This chair is the ticket for that. I searched around quite a while before I decided this chair worked best for me. The price and features were reasonable compared to similar products. Upon receiving the quality exceeded expectations. I am a machinist/ engineer and appreciate good quality and design. It folds easy and unfolds the same. Has great turning radius. Comfortable removable seat for cleaning with handy pocket on the seat back for things. Arm rest lift out of the way for side exit. Joy stick can be used left or right and extended if needed. It has a spring suspension on the rear to help eliminate those rough surface jolts. Quick release motors for pushing or transporting folded. I have an RV and a small SUV. I didn't want to deal with hitch mount platform with outside exposure to weather and spray debris that heavy scooters require. This chair folds and easily stores in my vehicle and in putting in my narrow RV entry door. Comes with a water resistant cover for outside transport in bad weather. Can't wait to use in our upcoming trip on ocean boardwalk and can now do the whole length to visit all the shops. I highly recommend this product. The vendor of the product straightend out a shipping issue and was in constant communication which was a great help. The rep was very helpful and courteous. FIVE STAR

I am writing this review for my grandma who purchased an electric scooter. I was also there at the time of delivery and witnessed everything. The scooter arrived on a large pallet very well packed. My grandma charged up the battery and she was riding all around the neighborhood like a happy child in a candy store.
What really impressed me was that she sent about 10 emails to the company from her phone with all kind of "stupid" questions, and all of them were answered patiently. The company even called her after the scooter was delivered to make sure that everything was working correctly, and even sent her a scooter cover as a courtesy (however it wasn't included in the purchase). I think it's a nice gesture... Overall she is very satisfied with the purchase and the customer service!

RECEIVED MY SCOOTER TODAY. THE SHIPPING COMPANY CALLED ME 3 DAYS AGO TO SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY, THE DRIVER WAS VERY COURTIOUS AND HELPED ME TO PLACE THE SCOOTER IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE.
MY NEIGHBOUR CAME BY AND TOLD ME THAT THE SCOOTER IS A VERY GOOD LOOKING ONE AND IS A GOOD QUALITY. HE IS A MASTER TECHNICIAN.
THE COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB PACKAGING IT AND EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED. GOOD JOB FOLKS!

UPDATE:
THE SCOOTER RUNS EXCELLENT AND I TOOK IT TO THE STORE WHICH IS ABOUT 20 MILES FROM MY HOUSE. THE LARGE BASKET AND THE STORAGE IS PERFECT FOR MY SHOPPING NEEDS.
IT RIDES VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE HEADLIGHT IS VERY BRIGHT BECAUSE I RODE IT IN THE DARK AS WELL.
THE BRAKES ARE REALLY STRONG SO I CAN STOP AT ANY TIME I WANT TO.
SO FAR THIS IS THE BEST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE ONLINE.

Had a problem with the first scooter delivered. Tom promptly replaced the scooter with a new one. It is the perfect size for moving around the house. Excellent product, Great customer service.

I've given myself many months of use before reviewing.

Now my opinions. Very easy and nice ride, I have one leg and can get it in and out of my jeep, assemble and disassemble with ease. I had to put velcro under the mat to keep it in place (no biggie). It's an extremely low clearance to the floor, so going thru doorways is sometimes a challenge. I'm in a one level home and can't get out of my front door, back door or into my garage without ramps and they're only maybe 2-2.5 inches. The only time I've experienced a tip over was in the beginning, once was attempting to go thru my back door, I tipped and fell, another I was parked on a slant and I tipped and fell, the third was in a crosswalk getting onto the sidewalk, the grade was too much and I tipped and fell. I know what to do now so that doesn't happen again hopefully. Dont go too fast at those moments, put legs out for balance and pay attention. The plastic piece under the seat came off so that needs to be fixed. My main complaint is the throttle. It tends to at times when I lean forward, it gets stuck into my shirt/hair/sleeve and I don't realize until it pulls and makes me move abruptly. This happens a lot. Or it will get pushed by my dog and make me again move abruptly. The other complaint is for some reason the lever for locking the wheels so it doesn't roll, it's not working properly, it will allow the scooter to roll approximately a foot or more even rho it's in the lock position. I'll release it and kick it again and it will work for a while but then roll again. The weels are great, grip well, I put a small light on the back for being outside after dark, just for safety. The basket it nice to have. The headlights are bright and I can see quite far. The horn is really not needed. It continually will beep if you sit too long or forget to turn it off, nice reminder to save the battery. I don't use the armrests. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, it was a fantastic price and it has really made my life outside the home, shopping, going places much much easier. And just to add in, running over your toes is much less painful with this scooter than a wheelchair.

My daughter surprised me with this scooter, it's great! I ride it every day, the storage basket is just the right size. The seat is fully adjustable, and I am very comfortable sitting for long periods of time. If you purchase this scooter you will be very happy. It also is shipped fully assembled and ready to ride!

WOW. Got my second trike today and it runs as well as the first one that i got 2 years ago. Strong and stable. Goes up hill like crazy. I use it for shopping and fishing. Got the same low price as before and was packed professionally. Great product and great service. I will update later but i am sure it's all good.

Out of the box, very easy and simple to finish putting it all together. Only took minutes. Tires were low, but that was ok, since I put in some tire sealer, then air, since I read bad reviews about the tires. They don't seem cheap at all. I think some reviewers for a lot of products just expect too much for what they pay for.

First ride. This has plenty of power for me. I got up to 19mph on level ground. Pedal power up to about 12mph. My knee was hurting after a few miles, so I raised the seat, and no pain at all.
Folding is also very quick and easy, although to carry it after folding, it will come out... so I have a thick strap I use as a closure. Not a heavy as others, and having a handle is so much better than trying to grab the actual thick neck.

Beautiful well made bike. The color is amazing, it's even better in person. The bike is firm, comes mostly assembled. I had to put some air in the tires and make a small adjustment in the gear derailer due to a small clank noise when at the lowest gear. It's smooth as butter now. The headlight is very bright and great for night riding. The speed is great, I got close to 20mph with pedal assist and almost 19mph on throttle only. I'm 200lb!

This bike is better than expected for the price. Been using it to cumute aback and forth from work everyday since I got it. And its a 6 mile round trip for me and going up some decent sized hills her in south texas without any issues. And after putting a 100 miles on it in the two weeks I owned it. The bike has held up great with very little signs of wear and tear even on the tires considering some of the streets I ride on a a bit rough and I did take on a couple of bike trails and the bike has held up great. A few nice thing I like about it so far is the 7 speeds is gear nicely and the bike can be pedaled at a decent speed with out powered if needed, the front head light is handy for the early morning commutes as Leave home when its still dark out. And the head light is powerful enough too see everything in front of you. Also the disc brakes is a great upgrade compared too my old eb-5 as the eb-7 is a faster e-bike and so far I didn't have too keep adjusting them like my older eb-5. Also like the controller in this bike over the older eb-5 as on the eb-7 it applies power more gradually and don't have too worry about dumping full power all at once and doing a wheelie like you would with the older models like the eb-5. Soo its all very ruggedly built and been very reliable so far. But over all its well with the money.

I have 2 electric scooters. They are fun to ride, like riding a skateboard with a handle. Once the battery runs out on them, they are no good unless you have a plug nearby, and a few hours to wait for the charge. One let me down on a park trail, so I walked several miles once.
That made me look AGAIN at e-bikes. They were so expensive before, or you'd have to "settle" for less features. Found this, loved it! If the battery goes because I've ridden too far, oh well, still works as a bike... better than walking. I got a seat cover when I got the bike, so first ride was over 11 miles, with ease!
