Until I see proof otherwise I'm of the impression that all those good reviews are fake. Good service? No way, my trike came in 2 weeks late, not their fault it was lost but it also got damaged. Again not their fault, I have offered to buy the missing parts and pay the freight, anything to get some help. They will not respond. I've never spoke to a person. I'm out over 3000. 00 dollars on a pretty trike to sit on my porch. It is missing parts that I cannot get except here and they won't even respond. Oh and remember, it doesn't come built. You will have to put it together and in my case there were no directions.

After wasting almost three months on another company, where they promised us what we wanted but they never got them, finally we found mobility.
They informed us that the trikes needed to be checked and packaged so it will not be delivered by "yesterday" but they kept us informed of all aspects of the purchase in a very professional manner.
The trikes arrived intact on a pallet and we are very happy to enjoy them now.
They are well-made, high quality trikes at a really low price you could not find anywhere else.

I bought an electric trike from Mobility for less. It has been a nightmare. The trike was defective. (I suffered broken ribs due to a faulty braking system). They agreed to take the trike back and sent a "prepaid" label. We are now getting billed almost $4000 from the freight company and Mobility refused any refund for the trike. I got a lawyer involved and he is saying they are slimy, the mailing addresses are false & his letters are returned.
Its great, I Love it. Once you get used to the speed of it and the turning, its like driving a car. Driving it is more smoother and quieter than a car. With the extras I bought, its like driving a new car. A great scooter and company to play and work with. Thanks again, Alex
Love this scooter. It is stable, lightweight when disassembled, and has a long battery life. I used the scooter four days for a couple of hours each day and still had battery charge showing. The speed is great and can be lowered by dialing the speed down which is very useful for loading. The scooter can be moved with no one seated on it which is also a great feature for loading.
I love my scooter. For the price it is an excellent value. The first one I received had a defect but customer service sent me out a new one and covered all the shipping cost associated with my getting the new one. Their customer service was excellent. With my disabilities it is difficult for me to dissemble and place the scooter in the bed of my truck but I purchased a carrier which fits into my hitch receiver on the truck and now I can just roll the scooter onto and off of the carrier with no problems. Overall very happy!

There are some cheap knock-offs on the market and I could have purchased them some China-sellers but when problem occurs, I would be left in the dark, so this is the best decision I could have made.

When the scooter came it was on the back of a FedX truck in like a crate. Once I got the crate disassembled i could hardly believe my eyes. The Red color was just beautiful and my Landlord helped me assemble it. After we got it completed I was waiting for it to get a full charge before taking it for a spin. I took it to Winn Dixie about a mile from my house. I went there to pick up a couple of things i needed which in all it would take me 4 to 5 minutes. I was in the store an hour because people were stopping me wanting to ask me questions and compliment me on the appearance of the scooter. I took the sidewalk all the way with people blowing the horn and sticking their hand out the window with the thumb up. I love this Scooter and am very proud to own it. I wish i could show the 4 pictures ive taken of it but I don't see where you can add photos. I always read reviews and wonder if there fake, well this one is as real as it gets (definitely get your moneys worth.
Please don't order from them. They have a great rating because it's their few employees and friends sending the good reviews. I gave them a deposit and they could never be reached after that. They canceled my order and never returned my refund. A customer on this site contacted me, she read my review, she too was scammed and she's doing something about it.
We bought the "The FTETB- 750" Fat tire tandem bike less than 2 years ago. The bike is great, the battery not as much. The battery is dead in less than 2 years. Mobility4less does not tell me what is wrong with battery. I will avoid buying from this company from my experience. I would also avoid the extended warranty. And shipping is not free. It is only free if they ship it direct, which they dont, they use a third party
I have purchased from this outfit four times. They fail to help with followup on issues. The first tricycle i purchased was an Ft-1900 it has error issues on the display. I had to fix these, eventually thru reading thru YouTube. They failed to answer e-mails. Most recently The 'new' FT1900X I needed support. Mobility4less has failed to answer e-mails on issues with the throttle hall effect sensor. YouTube and Amazon allowed me to buy what I needed to get the trike on the road. The company failed to answer my requests/concerns thru e-mail and they do not answer the phone. Their prices are not less! It is possible to purchase similar or the same products for hundreds less from other sites and those sites may give more follow-up than you will recieve from Mobility4less. Basically purchase from them but know that you will be on your own afterwards!
I have 2 electric scooters. They are fun to ride, like riding a skateboard with a handle. Once the battery runs out on them, they are no good unless you have a plug nearby, and a few hours to wait for the charge. One let me down on a park trail, so I walked several miles once.
That made me look AGAIN at e-bikes. They were so expensive before, or you'd have to "settle" for less features. Found this, loved it! If the battery goes because I've ridden too far, oh well, still works as a bike... better than walking. I got a seat cover when I got the bike, so first ride was over 11 miles, with ease!
My mom purchased an electric tricycle a couple of weeks ago and she is extremely happy with it. My dad is a master mechanic and said that the trike is the best he had ever seen. It's very sturdy, well-balanced, easy-to-use, stable and very safe for a person between 5.1" and 6.2". If you are over 6.2" and over 320 lbs, it may be a stability issue for you and you need to find something else. I am sure if you find somebody making other comment, he/she is over that limit. The reason why my mom got this trike was the 1/ factory low price 2/ availability 3/ customer service 4/ parts availability.
She had put about 100 miles on it already and you can see that the components are of great quality.
I purchased the Luxuryton 1500 watt power boosted model with lithium batteries. What got delivered was a Luxuryton 1000 watt (no $389 power booster) and lead acid batteries. It also had a non working back up camera ($99) and a canopy to ($399) I did not pay for. Obviously wrong scooter. It was well packaged and protected during shipping and arrived within the advertised window of time. First- you cannot contact anyone by phone. It'sa non monitored mailbox and they say calls won't be returned. Second- it takes 2 days to get a return email. Third- email responses are a minimum of words and rarely address your concern. I was able to obtain a $589 refund when I threatened legal action. I'll never be able to review the scooter I wanted because I didn't receive the model I needed/ordered. I fish and I needed the power booster to get my gear to the shore. So I have a$3000 scooter that does not allow me to toe my wagon and get my gear to the water. My only hobby, my only interest and I cannot fish. I cannot afford another scooter so I'm stuck with one that doesn't do the job from a company that has poor quality control and incompetent customer service. Please purchase elsewhere. If you do opt to go with this company Walmart sells them on their website and this may provide you an Avenue for follow up. Not sure how a company like this will survive. They gave me$500 worth of options I didn't pay for and done need. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an electric wheelchair from my mom. It didn't work. I could not get a human at their "customer service" number. You can leave a message, but their message says the mailbox isn't monitored. So, I turned to their email address and the way I was treated was absolutely abhorrent. It truly is unbelievable. My email laid out the issue and I asked for help with repairing or returning. I received an email accusing me of trying to perpetrate a fraud on their company. I kid you not! Despite multiple emails and me asking for repeatedly for information and assistance, they still have not come close. I'm spending my own money to send it back to the address in the label. Their customer service is borderline abusive. Runnn.

When I first contacted this company I informed them that I was interested in purchasing a mobility scooter. They accepted my deposit and I haven't been able to reach them since. I've made several attempts since August but to know avail UNTIL... I sent them an email stating that I have contacted my local authorities and my bank. Once they responded to that, the only thing the continued to say was "check your spam" REALLY?! Well they canceled my order and won't refund my money... JERKS!
WARNING: DO NOT purchase the Mobile-Trend MT 3 Wheels Folding Electric Mobility (free shipping) - $1499. The scooter does NOT perform as advertised. Every time I accelerated, the front wheel could not get traction and would come off the ground. The scooter could not go up a handicap ramp or even a slight incline on a sidewalk without losing traction. When I attempted to go on the grass the front wheel would just spin in place. I did notice that if I leaned all the way over the front handle bars the front wheel would eventually get traction and move forward, but only when I leaned forward. I am a 70 year a woman and there is no way I can lean over the front handles bars the whole time I am riding on the scooter. I was so very disappointed in the scooter and its performance. I notified Mobility via email within the 7-day window about the scooters inability to perform as advertised. There was no phone number available to talk to a live representative. All communication is done via email. All of the response emails were very short and unprofessional. They did not care that the scooter did not perform as advertised. I thought they would as least try to troubleshoot the issue to find a solution. Nothing of the sort. Horrible customer support! They just told me that I could return the scooter via UPS. It cost me $212 out of pocket. The total price of the scooter was $1576. 42. They charged me a 25% restocking fee ($394.10) on a scooter that did not even work (so why restock it) and then they charged us for the ‘free shipping' -(they used the same price of the shipping that I paid to send it back to them – $212.32 - UNBELIEVABLE!) So, the refund came to $970. I lost over $600. They advertise that their products are guaranteed and serviced as long as they are purchased in the US. This was far from the truth! Please be forewarned that this company does not apply good business practices. The scooter did not work as advertised; therefore, a full refund should have been expected. $600 is a lot of money to someone like me who is living month to month on a small pension. It's a such an awful shame that this company is taken advantage of the elderly community.
