They are a total rip off. Mentioned $45 call out fee and $40 for the lock and depends upon the type of lock. Did the job in 5 mins and presented me with the bill of $230. I am definately going to report them to Fair works. Such thieves should not be allowed to work in the market. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I needed to have my entrance door unlocked. Got their number 02-8015-5969 showed up thanks to Google Ads and I called to their centre they said the fee is 45$ for Service Call Out Fee + min 45$ to unlock the door, depends how complicated the lock is. Their service guy came and gave me another quote of around 200$ instead, I have not seen any door has a lock simpler than my one so they can't say that my one is complicated and needed to be charged more (photo included as proof). I knew that it requires less than 1min to unlock something like my one; I offered him more than the price they quoted me on the phone but the guy still walked away and refused to carry out the work.
Misleading people in advertisement and leading them at difficult situation into a trap like that is simply an unethical business practices.

I was quoted 85$ over the phone and then told I would be charged 160$. Stupid incompetent guy spent 15 mins trying to open my car door. Failed miserably and then told me someone else would come to do the job.
Gave me the run around for an hour and a half. No one showed up. And cherry on top, they left me with a damaged vehicle. I can't open and close my window after the stupid guy tried and tried and failed.
They should go to jail. Criminals!

They only advertise through Google Ads so that no one can properly review them. After calling I was told it would be $90 and I told them it was only our handle lock which has a simple key and barrel, no security pins and not the deadlock.
After arriving the locksmith wrote up the receipt before touching the lock and it was over $300. His excuse was that it was a weekend call out (on the phone they already included that fee in the $90) and that the lock was too complicated.
His tool then allowed him to pick the door in less than 10 seconds. Stay clear of this company they are a Scam that preys on people's misfortunes.

The guy tried to charge me $200 for one part of the lock and another $600 for the assembly and another $150 to install it. The lock can be found at bunnings for $30. If I was to ahead with the repair it would have cost $950 on top of the service call fee.

They now go by the name: Elite Mobile Services Locksmith'.
They give cheap quotes over the phone. Are unqualified. Lie and say it has to be drilled off and changed, damage the door, replace with a cheap lock and then charge exorbitant prices. Definitely reporting to fair trading. It is a total scam. Numbers connected to the scam are: *******320 and *******

I went off pricing on their website, when they were standing outside my door claimed the price would be $365 and i had to transfer the money via bank transfer for them to unlock the door. Took them 20 seconds to unlock the door. The website is a complete scam - the reviews aren't legitimate because there is no facebook page, they use a heap of sub contractors. Do not use this company.
When they sent me the invoice, they also show that there is a balance despite paying the amount in full.

Rubbish customer service and couldn't be honest about the waiting time, was told to wait and hour and I waited 2 hours and no one turned up then when k called they said another hour. If you don't value and respect your time then be aware that your clients do. Disgusting

Poor service ++++ mhay ghaaaddd I paid $310 and then ended up not having the proper lock. It is not working! Scam!

Misleading - Quoted me $90 and charged me $209.
They didn't mention over the phone that it was min $90.
