I purchased coins from this company for Fifa 23, I used it quite a few times and spent thousands with them. My team was at its best with all the highest rated players possible. After my last purchase they hacked my account and removed all the players and took their coins back. When I contacted them about the hack they said I should've changed my password quicker and they were unwilling to do anything to help as its not their problem... Do NOT go near this website, They steal your information and have it all on file... Its disgusting

I made four or five transactions with this company in which I bought some amulets which went okay the transactions but then when I bought runes and them I went terrible horrible have to fight hard for them to give me everything I pay for the first time, some player called Sily Qiang or something like that was dropping the runes on the first time this guy just dropped half of whatever he was supposed to give me, I took 2 hours from this transaction to complete plus I have to wait for the guy 30 minutes or more for him to initiate the transaction very unprofessional,. The second transaction they gave me almost everything with missing a little bit of runes it was supposed to be 110 millions and the guy dropped 104.5 million now you would say it's only 6.5 millions of difference yes but you paid for it and why would you do that I was twitching live that day, I wrote an email to customer service about these and also asking them how do I prove one way of the other what happened nobody answered back to me I would not recommend this company be careful and if anything twitch life and make sure you can get your happy of your stream live.

Account banned and told it's my problem. Shocking customer service to be honest. Alex the manager will blame you and EA will ban your account.
