Bad enough the owner ( account exec.) was terribly rude but the idea that they can't even tell you the interest rates is mind boggling. I don't think there is anyway to do business safely with these guys.
Also, what is with the lack of paperwork? ( let that sink in).
I would highly recommend staying away from these guys.
