I never received my order, and the company was unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue with the obscure shipping service they used. They repeatedly told me to check the tracking link for this unfamiliar carrier, but the package showed no movement for over a month. I had to threaten to file a complaint with my credit card company just to get a response. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I ended up having to purchase two other dresses elsewhere.

The dress did not fit. After multiple emails back and forth they agreed to take the dress back and refund my money- minis shipping charges. However it has been 3 weeks since they received the dress and now they say they have to review my acct. So, I spent $169, they have the dress back, and they are claiming a bogus dispute review. They made me take down all prior reviews and disputes before sending me a return shipping label. Now conveniently they claim reviewing my dispute and not responding. It takes them 2-5 days per email to respond. Horrible customer service. Horrible refund/ return policy. Dishonest refund process. I have the 40 emails if anyone wants to see them. Too much to attach here. I also have the shipping tracking information to show when they received the dress. As others have said- they require pictures of packing and the dress. All of which I sent in to them. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Shein for the win! Missacc- dishonest!

Received two dresses. Not only did they not look like the advertised picture, the measurements were off from the advertised size chart. The fabric looks like costume satin not dress satin. It is shiny and cheap. There is no return label, no contact information even though they advertise "easy returns." I want my money back, I feel like I have been ripped off.

UPDATE: The company contacted me to deny the return and offered to do a return ONLY if I remove this review and pay for original shipping costs. I declined. How is this company allowed to conduct business in the U.S. with their deceptive and false advertising? The dresses looked nothing like the picture. The measurements were off as well. THIEVES!

I ordered this dress for a trip this year. The dress came poorly made heavily lined.
I had a hard time contacting the company. When I did they responded by offering

My next step is contacting The Consumer Protection Agency. They have no business doing business in the US.

Don't ever buy from this scam website. They post dresses and end up shipping out something totally different style and color wise as well. Tried reaching out for return and refund and the person messaging back was disrespectful with no help what so ever. Bought a dress, colour was not same as on website, decided to return same day, that's when th S%#T hit the fan!
They asked pictures of the dress with a tape measure, then told us we had to pay additional shipping of 50$ (what!) to Japan? Offered 20$ to keep it, at the end surpassed 30day policy. Never returned (no star rating)

They refused to REFUND within 1 day of receiving the item. They refused to pay for return shipping when I received the wrong dress. They want me to pay for shipping and to ship the dress to CHINA. DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS VENDOR- NO REFUNDS AS PROMISED IN THEIR WEBPAGE. NO RETURN LABELS, NO SERVICE.

Do not buy with missac. The dress that I bought was so stiff and ugly. Nothing like the pictures. U cannot return they play games with you when returning saying it's expensive to return in a hongkong address that I have to pay for clearance tax. They reply every 2-3 days. I ordered a dress in September 2023 for my daughter's wedding. When it finally arrived in a small battered package from China, it was of poor quality and not as pictured. I have tried to return it but can't even get Customer Service to respond to my e-mails. It has passed the date for returns and I am stuck with this horrific dress.

I order a formal gown for a black tie tie gala and when it arrived it looked nothing like the pics on website. I thought It was me, I let a friend try it and we figured out it was defective. Sewn wrong with split in wrong place. Nothing at all like advertised photo. This placed should be banned from selling to US Customers because they are a rip off and will not contact you back via CS until after the 14 day return policy when they have a million and one excuses. I'm searching for a way to review on the site but have not been able to find one. I wish I had found you all before I was scammed.

They are scammers. They dresses they feature on website are only for show. You will receive poorly made and poor fabric nothing as described. These dresses are made somewhere in China and it will take more than a month to arrive. Refunds? Forget it! Never again pay almost $200 for a junk made in China.

All these reviews are true they send you $#*! quality product that 100% does not match the photo of the advertised item then when you try to use the "easy 14 day return policy" they give you the run around and refuse to refund or they offer less than 20% back and offer coupons for another product. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND MONEY AND DO NOT BUY HERE.

My dress came today and it is so horrible, I can't even express how disappointed I am. Nothing like the picture on their website at all. The dress has two seams which you can see from the bust to mid length of the dress. Same seams shown in back. The built in cups are crooked and can't be moved at all. Please never buy from this scam company based in Hong Kong.

I ordered a dress from this site without reading the reviews! BIG MISTAKE! I went to my seamstress, who is amazing, and she gave me the size to order for a custom dress, so I didn't have to get it altered! Well, after it arrived a month late from my latest expected delivery date, after many emails asking where it's is, it did not fit! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I ordered from this site because I loved the dress, but I was stupid for not reading the reviews. I thought that by giving my custom size, it would be ok. NOPE! Do not order from this company they do not honor their refund policy! My daughter ordered a wedding dress and it was poorly made and to little in places and to big in others. Did not order custom made so should have got a refund but they refused. Followed all the rules for a refund and they wouldn't refund her. So she has a dress now that she can not wear! Once they get your money you will not see it again for any reason!
