Hello Mirraw,

I have ordered goods for about £700 to India after I liked number of days Mirraw took items to be delivered that I ordered to London.

The order that was placed to be delivered to London Was 20 days.
With the same impression, I have placed the order to India thinking that I can use the clothes for wedding that I was going to attend for which I had a month's time.
None of the items were delivered even after 40 days. And I had to buy clothes for wedding inspite of spending in Mirraw.

After number of email conversations, received only 1/4 of items been delivered that is after 40 days of placing the order which arrived after the wedding.

Now it's been about 2 months since I Ordered and still no sign of rest of the items.

I have been sending emails to Mirraw but not really helping with rest of the order.

The whole point of spending more money in Mirraw than going to shop is to avoid hastle of going into shops but every time shopping with Mirraw has only left me with more stress.
Customs with London delivery.
Chasing for the items to be delivered to India.
Terrified now to order anything online. Chasing has been only going through in my mind whenever I think about online shopping.

Experience with Mirraw online shopping has become a nightmare.

I sincerely request Mirraw to check what is happening with my order. This is no good from the customer point of view.

Wish I could rate them as "0" star, they don't deserve even 1star. I bought a four items with standard stitching. Two of my items were cancelled because the product failed quality check... can't they provide me another one of the item that passes the quality check? Then the two items that I got they had to change the measurements I gave because they can't do as per my maessurements. In total I had to pay around 25 for the product and 22 for postage and I had to pay £19tax, is it a joke? I asked them to cancel my order fully if they cNt provide all 4 of the items as I have to pay double the product value for postage and tax. They can't as they are stitched to "my measurements". I will never buy from them and will also tell my Friends not to buy from them. Not happy at all.

I am not sure how they have got so many good reviews...

OMG... do not order from MIRRAW.COM.

1. Only half the items/products/clothings arrived and the other did not arrive at all.

2. False Advertising - buy 1 get 1 free, is all bull$#*!. The free item did not arrive and in some cases the actual item is the wrong design and colour.

3. Getting a refund from MIRRAW.COM is ridiculous, called multiple times and was told refund will be made in 24 hours. I am waiting, waiting and still waiting...

This the bigest scam I have faced, and being a online costumer its very sad. I just wonder how many more people they have taken advantage of. Do the actual owners or investors have this knowledge that the name of MIRRAW.COM is the worse online providers.

OVERALL COSTOMER SERVICE IS THROUGH A GENERIC LETTER HORRIBLE SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY.

I placed my order on May7th and haven; t received any status update yet. When i emailed support they responded back saying the product failed quality check and the vendor has to resend the product, then it would have to go for stitching and shipping. Its been over 40+ days now. I decided not to proceed with the order since i will be moving out of my current living address soon. I asked them to process cancellation. Support person closed my ticket as resolved twice. Stay away from this company. Horrible service

OH DEAR GOD. Do not order from this place.
1. products did not arrive
2. False advertising - buy one get one free, the free item did not arrive and in some cases the actual item didn't arrive as well

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We made the order of over £100.00 over a month ago and requested cancellation. No response received after numerous conversations and phone calls. It has been a month and I am receiving the same copy and pasted email from Khinjal Dhokia who is an absolute Joke! The latest joke of an email I have received is that the order is in process and will be despatched in the next few days. Although I am asking for a refund. They have spoken to their "Kalik" whatever that is. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS IN THE FIRST PLACE... I have ordered two sarees for a occasion after a week I was told there is some defect in the item did not pass quality check and will take another 3 business days to deliver. When enquired they said it will take about 18-20 business days. When I can't get my item delivered on time (which is for a special occasion) why would I need that item anymore. So frustrated and furious about this website. If they cannot keep up the promise they should SHUT down the business... I will never order anything from MIRRAW... Very disappointed.

Never order from this company i dont know why this company has not been shut down yet after so much negative feedback them ripping off people with there crap products every time i call for a refund or to explain why i want it they shut me off that there managers are in a meeting or they will call me back never have i ever had to deal with such a crap company PLEASE GUYS I THINK WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY RIPP OFF MORE PEOPLE

Mirraw is Cheaters! The photos they show on the website is not what you get when the clothes arrive. The cheapest quality crap you can ever get is what they send.

Very very disappointed - they did not have one dress that i order and only get half refund from them and since last 6 months trying get explanation how did you calculated my refund they can not even understand and answer me honestly why only half money refunded. My money down the drain... If i get option i don't even give them 1 STAR - no rating for them..

If I can give this company negative stars I would. I placed an order for two items, after a month of waiting and checking the status (which was stuck on "stitching pending") of my purchases I didn't receive anything. I sent an email requesting additional info and wanted to know what was going on. I got an email stating that I was being refund for my return, and it was going to be a partial return, I paid $56.97 and was being refunded $37.30. I DID NOT request a return, I don't think this is fair at all. This company is a ripoff, I would never order or advice anyone to order from them again.
