A confirmation email when an order is placed would of been ideal and been informed when shipped. Rather than myself having to follow up.
Communication was given not long after my purchase that my chosen item was out of stock in the Australian warehouse - which is completely fine and I appreciate.
After notifying the representative that I'm happy for the delivery to come from the Chinese warehouse there was a weeks delay in responding and therefore notifying the dispatch team.
I am yet to receive a dispatch notice and it has been almost three weeks since my initial order.

If by any chance there was any error on our side in getting your package delivered, we would have surely sent out a replacement immediately. However, that was not the case here.

Parcel arrived late, outside of the suggested delivery time and after the event I purchased it for. Raised my concerns a few weeks after purchase and was dismissed and lied to. Customer service was more interested in patronising me than helping to resolve issues.

I was very disappointed that I paid extra for express post and yet my parcel was sent on a truck. You can not offer express within Australia if you are sending all items on a truck from Canberra. I live in regional North Queensland and it took 10 business days. I will be returning purchase as I didn't receive it in time of event.

As a token of our apology, we have refunded 30% of your order and the credit should be already available in your account.

The product was good and delivery excellent. BUT it was advertised as a toddler backpack and was too big for my two year old grandchild. Not returned yet because Covid has intervened. Am awaiting successful return once I am able to go to a post office.

I received my items in a timely manner, which was good. However, I was dissatisfied with a pair of shoes and sent an email about it. The response I got was that it was put out of shape in transit. Yes the shoe may have been a little out of shape, but the bow is definitely stitched on incorrectly. I have pulled it every which way and it defines doesn't match the partner shoe and doesn't match the second pair that I got in another size. I feel the 20% I was offered as a 'good gesture' wasn't good enough for an item that isn't perfect. Not like I can let her wear it like that, especially for an event.
Purchased a size small christening outfit & they sent me a large instead. When i advised that i was sent the wrong size i was told that eventhough that the tag is a large its actually a small size which is misleading & untrue. I was told to re-purchase the size i want & to return the original purchase. Instead of rectifying their mistake i had to resend the item back & bear the cost of the return. Very unhappy.
