I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0. I ordered the unicorn dress, and in the photos, it looked stunning—vibrant colors and great fabric. After waiting nearly a month for delivery, the product I received was nothing like what was shown in the description. Disappointed, I contacted their support team using the email provided in the order confirmation. They agreed to accept a return but stated that I must cover the return shipping costs myself. They provided an address in China, and returning the dress would cost around £20. They are refusing to cover the return cost, leaving me with no option but to discard the dress and lose my money. I paid £30 for it. Terrible experience—would not recommend!

Do not waste your time trying to order from this company. Iv ordered a dress from them before Christmas and still have not received it. Their delivery provider keeps saying "wrong address " or "unable to contact" which my address is correct and no one from either company has reached out to try to contact me. They are nothing but a scam. I'll stick to Amazon from here on out.

Even though they'll pay to get all of the bad reviews taken off as I've seen time and time again. These dresses photo are not what you get. I ordered my dress on November 25. And just received it this morning, January 1. Contacted customer service multiple times trying to figure out where my package was. As this dress was intended for Christmas. And was told turnaround time was between seven and eight days. We can clearly see that that is not correct. They never gave me a tracking number. And the website just showed prepared for shipping for over a month. Finally received the dress and it is easily the worst quality I have ever seen. I could've went to my local target and spent the same amount of money and got a super nice Christmas dress for my daughter. But instead, I wasted money, wasted time, and was unable to get my daughter something extra extravagant for our Christmas party this year. I was honestly better off buying from. SHEIN. At least I know the reviews are real. And I'm getting exactly what I paid for.
