If this review could save even one person from having experienced what I have from working at MircoTech, I'd gladly share my worst nightmare of having to work here. Employees here were treated as robots and where expected to never complain and just do their best jobs. We were always being threatened to lose our jobs if we don't comply to every rule they implement. I'm pretty sure there are other better jobs you could find elsewhere if you're looking for one at the moment. Stay away from this company.
