Ordered from them a few times now (both from Amazon and from their direct website), customer service was helpful and quick and shipping was always on time or even faster than expected. Quality varies depending on the item, but its what I expect from a mass cosplay site.

I placed an order beginning of December. I got a text asking if the cardholder is verified I replied by the next morning. They text me a month later when I'm suppose to have the delivery already saying they cancelled my order and I will get a refund due to no response. Complete BS and I will be reporting the business if I never get my money back.

My costume came too big and the bow fell off the back while trying it on. They said they don't accept broken costumes back. It was their sewing error! Now they are asking for me to send pictures of it for them to see it etc, but honestly I'm done.
I have to pay the shipping price so it won't be worth it to return just one costume by that point.

It is really good quiality and it very well made, but if you have large chest don't big. I got a large, where the bottom fit, but the top was more of a small than large. If I got the extra large the bottom would be too big. I'm scared how small the extra large would be with the large top being so small. I was so upset that I feel like I wasted my money for a suit I can't even wear. That do not take in consideration for large chested woman.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to look carefully at sizes. Large is a no go if you have large chest but a small body.

(11/7) My first order from this site was great. They sent my order out a few days early with the tracking number, and it arrived very quickly. The quality was good for the price point, and I got what I wanted.
Now, I'm having a very different experience. My latest order "shipped" days late (and only after I sent something through their FAQ page contact asking why it hadn't shipped, to which I got no response). I still haven't received a shipment email and there's no tracking number on my order page like there was with my first order. I have sent several emails to them about this already and no one has responded to those. I sent something through their messenger chat on the website, and got a response of "we'll email it", but it's been days and I haven't gotten any further contact through any method. The image attached is the only reply I've been able to get from them at all.
I'm starting to get really pissed off about this, especially since there's really nothing I can do except hope I didn't get scammed. Does anyone know if I can file a claim if this doesn't show up by the date I was promised it would when I ordered it? Because this is ridiculous and I'm not going to let them take my money and not send me anything.
Update (11/11): I received a shipment email on 11/9 around 11:30PM with a tracking number. However, this tracking number has absolutely no location information when I try to add it to my package tracking app. I'm also getting an error asking me if I'm sure the destination country is the US, which is worrying. The link attached to the email for me to track it on the miccostumes site doesn't actually exist. When I attempt to track the package through the carrier's (China Post) website, it tells me the tracking number doesn't exist in their system (yet).
What is happening? Why does my tracking app seem to think that the final destination of the package isn't in the US, which is where it's supposed to end up? And why doesn't he tracking number exist in the carrier's system? Supposedly, it's been over a week since my item shipped, so the grace period of 1-2 days for them to put the package into the system is long past. This is so ridiculous.

(I will update this review if anything changes with this second order.)

Tip for consumers:
Seriously, listen to these bad reviews. Just because something goes alright one order doesn't mean you won't be scammed on your next one. I didn't read any reviews before my first order, and I'm lucky it went as well as it did. I was naïve to think I wouldn't get scammed like so many people if I ordered again.

I ordered a Blair, from Soul Eater, cosplay from them and overall I'd say it was very mediocre at best. The quality of the costume I'd say was very, well, Party City. The costume had no stretch and no elastic anywhere and thus was a pain to get on because of the stitching in the waistline, and it ended up ripping slightly while I was trying to take it off. Somehow still, when I put it on the costume was too big around the bodice and was also a bit long for my torso. It also didn't help that they never sent me any texts or emails about a tracking number when it had shipped, and they didn't respond any of the times I reached out asking for one. So, pretty much, I spent a whole week worried if I would even receive it or not. I also tried to review the product on their website and it would just not let me for some reason, which seemed pretty odd. Their return policy is also pretty bad and a bit over complicated, as they have several different return policy pages that all say slightly different things. Overall I'd say that I don't feel I really got my money's worth, and judging by all the other reviews of people who purchased something and never even received it, I'd say you're better off searching for a more reliable website, like maybe etsy, or just trying to make it yourself.

Tip for consumers:
Beware, read all the reviews from sites like sitejabber, and not just the ones on their website because, allegedly, they screen their reviews, heed others warnings before buying anything. Also 100% would recommend looking on other websites, and weighing your other options before buying from them.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered an earring for cosplay back in february and with COVID going on I completely understand that it would take longer than usual. I even wrote an extra note to my order that their safety comes first and that I don't mind if it gets delayed a bit. The payment goes through and that's that. 3 months pass and when I went back to check on my order it was still processing (?!) I wait two more weeks and after seeing that it was still processing I messaged them and asked what was going on. Got a simple reply back a few days later "We have the earring do you still want it?" Still want it? Well yes, and not like they gave me an option to get my money back. I thought first that maybe covid was affecting things but their facebook page showed that they were actively shipping out cosplays to others. Anyway, a month later the earring finally came and it was rusty so I won't be able to use it. Terrible quality, bad communication. Don't waste your money.

We've ordered $417 in cosplays on 9/11/20. Currently its 9/25/20 so its been 2 weeks since we ordered and they aren't here. If anyone can tell where miccostumes ships from that'd be great. And pls lmk if they have an in-person shop. If they do please email *******@hotmail.com thank you have a good

The pants are the correct measurements for the M Size guide.

My size is
Waist – 72cm
Bust - 89cm
Hips – 96cm
Height - 167cm

Which is why I ordered the M Size, however, I was sent a jacket that was larger measurements than the M size.
Please kindly send a Jacket with the measurements in the M size as soon as possible.
If I am not sent what I ordered, I will be forced to take alternative action!

The jacket which was sent to me measures at 94cm-Bust and 85cm- Waist. Per the size chart looks to be L or XL.

My Waist size is 72cm and my bust area is 89cm. Which is why I ordered the M Size, however, the jacket that was sent to me is LARGER than the m size.
You sent me the incorrect size.

The bust area of 94cm and the Waist of 85cm is the measurements of the jacket that was sent, NOT my size.
My size is an M, which is why I ordered the M, however, the jacket which was sent to me measures at 94cm-Bust and 85cm- Waist. Per the size chart looks to be L or XL.

So summarize, I was sent a jacket that is the sizing of the L or XL, instead of an M.

It looks beautiful, however, the jacket is a bit larger than I ordered.
The Bust area is 94cm and the Waist is 85cm.
The waist wrap also has come light staining on the velvet fabric.
I was wondering if it is possible to exchange the jacket for the M size (as ordered), or perhaps the S size.

Is it I or the quality of these cosplay clothes are not so good? It looks so nice at the picture, but I didn't like the texture at all when I got my delivery.

I ordered a cosplay in early March for a convention at the end of May. It was expected to be shipped by early April and arrive mid May. I figured 2+ months was plenty of time for my cosplay to arrive on time for the con, since I never had a problem with my cosplays from other companies taking longer than maybe a month and a half AT THE MOST. April came by and I figured maybe the website is just backed up, but when it got to mid May and it had already passed the expected delivery date without having shipped I got worried. I emailed them and they said they could not guarantee it would arrive before the date of the con but that there was a "great chance" it would. The cosplay shipped the day before the con and didn't arrive until the second day of the con. Don't buy your cosplay from this website, there are plenty of others that will get your cosplay to you on time, in advance. Very disappointed with this company.
