I ordered a battery for my lawn mower and and it came packed in a simple small bubble wrap envelope. The clear plastic wrap around the battery had many small rips and tears including a small dent on the corner of the battery, indicating it was thrown around quite a bit as it did take a week in transit time. This should have been secured in a box with added protective wrap. I doubt if I will be ordering from them again.
