I'm here to complaint on Mia Belles customer service or lack of customer service. I submitted a return request on a pair of shoes that were too small even though I sized up as advised on their website. I was never emailed the shipping label to return the shoes. It's been over 10 days and still no reply to a number of emails I have sent them. I made the mistake of referring Mia Belle to friends and family, now I will make sure to tell everyone to stay away!

I'm here to complaint on Mia Belles customer service or lack of customer service.
I submitted a return request on a pair of shoes that were too small even though I sized up as advised on their website. I was never emailed the shipping label to return the shoes. It's been over 10 days and still no reply to a number of emails I have sent them.
I made the mistake of referring Mia Belle to friends and family, now I will make sure to tell everyone to stay away!

I ordered a Christmas outfit on 12/10. Received email saying it doesn't ship until 12/15. No problem. On 12/15 received email stating this item won't be shipped until Dec 31st. That sucks. Then the email said 1/4. Here I am, Jan 8, no outfit. No Christmas outfit, that I no longer need. I left comments on their Facebook posts and they blocked me instead of addressing the issue.

My order hasn't moved for a week now and customer service is not responding to me on the status. I purchased two items and one of the two was an outfit that my daughter was going to wear for her birthday party and it didn't arrive. This item did not have a note that it will take longer to deliver like the other outfit I purchased at the same time. So disappointed and I will never buy from them again!

I received my order today, I thought this clothing was made in the USA and that I was supporting American made products. To my surprise the tags all say made in China, and to hand wash everything after use. How disappointing. Thank God I didn't pay full price. The quality is not to my expectations especially if I can't hand wash.
The photos online are deceiving.
If I could rate zero I would but I wasn't given that choice. The cardigan looks nothing like the photo on line. None of this clothes does.

Horrible horrible horrible!
I ordered a costume for my daughter. After two weeks I still had not received shipping information despite the website saying item was in stock and would ship in 2-5 days.
I emailed and got no response. I emailed two more times and received an auto generated email that did not even answer my question or resolve my issue. I emailed a 4th time asking for a refund and order cancelation...NO RESPONSE!
Take your business elsewhere!

Terrible experience! I got a coupon for $10 off and order from the website for my niece. Placed my order on July 22. Did not receive any email confirmation. I emailed Aug 3 and got a respond back saying their system have a glitch and offered me two option. I choose to cancel and requested full refund back. No email for confirmation to cancel yet I received a shipping confirmation with 3 items. I emailed back and specifically requesting to cancel with full refund. I got an email with a refund back to my account in the amount of $43.96 out of $133.92. So far I only received 2 item from the 3 item that was shipped, I ordered total of 8 items. Just terrible experiences! Def not worth the headache for shopping.

I ordered a number of items from this boutique and upon receiving them the shoes were not the size I ordered and some of the clothes were very poorly made. I returned the shoes and clothing items that I wasn't satisfied with and the company responded they didn't receive all the items I sent in and only granted a partial refund (which I still haven't received) I packed these items myself and im 1000% sure the poorly made outfit was included in my return. Instead of admitting to error on their end they are refusing a refund. My advice, go to Ali express and order these clothes if you want them because that's exactly where they are coming from. I'll never order from this company again!

We received your return package and the order was examined and shown to me directly confirming the package only had one of the two identical items included. We did not receive the second outfit, and I was personally there to witness the inspection and processing of this package. The processing agent opened and shook all the items to ensure they were not found inside a different item, which is why the return was rejected for the one item. Records indicate the remainder of the items were refunded on August 15 back to your Afterpay account. If you discover that you have located the outfit that was rejected due to item not received, we can assist you with returning it by sending you a new return label. The package showed no signs of damage or opened / closed prior to inspection, and this is why this item was not refunded. We simply did not receive it back. Please email cs@miabellebaby.com if you have located the item and would like us to send you a new return shipping label. We do not refund or issue store credit for items that are submitted for return - but not returned.

If the item was sent separately, please let us know the tracking number for the secondary package and we will work to investigate the issue further.

This is not the experience we wish for anyone, however we received the package that did not include all of the items requested for return. One of the two identical outfits was received, and refunded, along with the other items in the package.

Seeing as this is your first order with us, and the item was not received in our returns department, we are unable to issue the refund for the missing item on this order.

I ordered from Mia Bella Girls for a Halloween costume on September 10. Today is October 26 and only a portion of my daughter's Halloween costume has even made it here, let alone been shipped. I have reached out to customer support several times over the last few weeks and they also couldn't promise me that it would arrive in time for Halloween. I have had to order backup Halloween costumes and accessories, which is annoying since I was proactive and ordered a costume well in advance of the holiday. I will not be ordering from them again. There's a good chance if I tried to order something in time for a specific holiday or within a season for my daughter that it would arrive too late. I'm not sure how someone operates a business like this. Very disappointing.

I just received one of the two items I made the mistake of ordering. It looks like a 2 dollar throw away costume I would buy from Walmart, only Walmart is better than this. I thought oh well I will let her where it for a costume at home. But the inside is rough paper like and feels scratchy. This would be a disaster for a a two year old to wear. No No just No!

Ordered an outfit a month in advance to the event we need it for and it arrived just in enough time. Excited to open it, I was disappointed to find that the shirt was missing from the outfit. I paid the price for the 3 piece set that only can with two of the three items.
This is the company's mistake. When I reached out to have the missing shirt shipped I was told I would have to return my order, wait for refund, to then repurchase my items that were a preorder so this can take up to to 30 days to get the correct order.
I need the outfit for next week. I now have to buy a shirt to match, spending extra money while still paying full price for the outfit. Yes, I could just return it for a refund but we wanted the outfit, and purchased a matching hat and boots to go with as well. Nothing was done to correct their error. Not worth dealing with. Avoid this company at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
I’ve read reviews shipping takes a looong time, and this is true. My items were pre-order and still waiting for boots I ordered at the same time, but know these items were a preorder I expected this. Just not a reliable company and it’s a shame because the outfits are cute. Shop elsewhere to avoid a headache and to prevent having to rebuy things.

The option to resend the missing item should have been offered and I am speaking with my team to update our processes and procedures. Normally, if something is sent wrong, we ask that the customer return the item and we will replace the item.

The top should have been offered to be sent out instead of returning the set, and this has been communicated to the team.

Expect a tracking link by end of day today with a new complete set, not just the top. You may discard or donate any items that are not needed once you receive the replacement package; we do not need any of the original parts returned.

I have also emailed you the tracking link for the boots to your email today.

This is a terrible company, with terrible customer service! They sporadically ship your items out and you never know when you'll get them. Also, they take no care in how they package the items... many items came completely ruined! They will be rude to you and will argue with when you have issues about anything! I wasted hundreds of dollars on this company - their clothes aren't true to size and made cheaply in China! Not wasting any more money on them! Don't bother buying from them!

My son bought a witch tutu costume (purple) cost WITH A HUGE DISCOUNT around 55 dollars. The broom was marked $22 with a discount to $13 dollars and it's not worth more what you would spend at the dollar tree. I am completely floored. The costume is not even as described and made with cheap materials. Again, floored. They are extremely expensive. And the clothing looks so beautiful that they sell. If this is any indicator of their products, I advise you to not waste your money. Not to mention their costumer service is so horrible and no way to reach anybody. I had to go through PayPal to get someone to answer and deliver package. This company is a complete scam with those prices. I'm still in shock. Complete waste of money, thank god my husband bought her another witch costume from Amazon for 30 with a broom and well worth it. This company is a sham. Beware
Not sure why pictures are sideways. But just take a look for yourselves. The small broom is what was added for the costume.

Hello Yvette,

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the items received, and are seeking a refund. We show the return request was submitted in our return portal on October 16th. We kindly ask that you adhere to and ship the item back with USPS no later than October 30th to qualify for the refund of the item.

Per the instructions in the email sent on 10/16/2023, line #4 states: Returns should be mailed within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label. Returns mailed outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

As written in the Paypal response, we will honor the refund if you return the items and have them mailed back to us by October 30th. Mailing on or after 10/31 will result in a rejection due to late mailing of the item being considered outside the policy. As of today, the tracking does not reflect the package has been scanned into the USPS system. Please mail the item back to us within the next 5 days to be eligible for the refund.

Wow! After almost 4 months of waiting and countless emails this is what was delivered! It's clearly a knock off of the pictured dress! It's horrid! This company is a total fraud! I've tried to leave this review on the adds that continue to pop up on my Facebook feed but I'm assuming they have blocked from comments after the first comment I left warning people of the shipping times. Worst site I've ever ordered from!

I bought several outfits. The sizes are all over the place. There is no customer service. They only respond via email IF they choose to do so. If there is an issue, they disregard the email. They messed up my order and sent me the wrong color. I still have not received a refund although I have returned the item. I did not receive another order and they have completely ignored me. I cannot file a claim with USPS because they did not get insurance with the package. The most frustrating thing, is that they choose which emails to respond to and you can't call and speak to anyone.

We apologize for the issues with your orders as we work with several manufacturers who have different sizing measurements from one style to the next. Some items that we know are smaller than standard sizing, we indicate to order one size up on the product page. We show for one order returned items were received and processed 3 store credits were issued on 10/12,10/13, and 10/23 for returned items, which were emailed to you. There were 2 refunds completed as well, one on 9/7 and the second was on 10/4. The second order was refunded 3 out of 4 items returned. The beret was returned separate, and was issued store credit on 10/23/2023. The 3rd order was an Exchange order created through the return portal, which shows as shipped and delivered. We apologize for the delays in response and the processing of the return packages.

I bought 2 dresses, boots and a hat for pictures with Santa. Everything got delayed. The dresses were poor quality. The hat shows that they delivered it but I never received it. It is being shipped from overseas (China). I tried to address this but no response. The boots are back ordered until January. I have asked to cancel them since I won't need them. I live in Florida and only ordered them for a picture. I have called and emailed about cancelling the boots. I get a response of best regards.

I ordered stuff back in October 2021. It is now January 2022. I have sent them countless emails with the only response of: "Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that there is a delay in receiving your order. Although we have no control over the post office and their delivery system, we hate to see this happen to our customers and understand how frustrating it is to wait so long for an order. Let me coordinate this with our fulfillment team and touch base with you once I know more." I get the same email over and over again. I have emailed to the same response email 4 times now requesting refund. Still haven't received one. I did get one outfit for my daughter I ordered and she loved it. However, I never received the other 5 items I ordered. Do not order from this company as they do not ship in a respectful time frame and blame it on shipping. They also sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and when I called the shipping company they said the tracking number was through they stated it was never brought to there facility or picked up. Do not buy from them.

Can I please receive a response regarding an order a placed? It has been crickets and I received no confirmation number and need answers. I will dispute my charge with my credit card company here shortly as just getting any information regarding my order has been pulling teeth! As of right now I say, stay very far away from this company. Did not recievie order.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have hundreds of complaints with the BBB. They erase any negative comment(s) from their Facebook page. The quality of their products is very cheap. I ordered face masks and they came undone at the seams after one use and cannot be used again. The company will not refund my money.

Los modelos de ropa son muy bonitos pero cuando llegan la tela es de lo más fea se rompe fácil para el precio se me hace absurdo aparte que tarda demasiado tiempo en llegar las tallas son demasiado reducidas

I bought two dresses for my daughter from Mia Belle that ended up not fitting along with just being overall cheap quality. Because of this I needed to return them. This company does not provide you with a return shipping label if items do not work. I ended up having to pay $24 to ship two dresses back to Mia Belle. Once they received the items, they told me that their team reviewed the return and that I was only eligible for store credit. I have never encountered a clothing company that operates in this way. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy from this company.

Tip for consumers:
No return shipping provided, and they will only give you store credit once they receive your item back.

If this is your order, the estimate for delivery was shown on the website as up to 21 business days to receive the order. Based on the order email confirmation containing the shipping estimate, the expected delivery date is November 13th. Please allow up to November 13th to receive the order, however we expect the delivery much earlier. The dresses have been shipped out and tracking link has been emailed to you. So disappointed in this company. Bought shoes for my granddaughter. She wore them maybe twice and all the rhinestones started falling out! They did not honor any return or exchange because she wore them! Not ok! As pricey as they were they should have lasted more than 2 times wearing them! So disappointing!
