Sizes are inconsistent and run very small. I purchased a Cinderella dress size 10 Y for a child that normally wears a 7/8. The dress fit like a size 6. The site does not offer a larger size and will not refund my purchase and only offers store credit. I will not shop here again. Cannot trust the sizing and shipping takes forever!
I ordered a number of items from this boutique and upon receiving them the shoes were not the size I ordered and some of the clothes were very poorly made. I returned the shoes and clothing items that I wasn't satisfied with and the company responded they didn't receive all the items I sent in and only granted a partial refund (which I still haven't received) I packed these items myself and im 1000% sure the poorly made outfit was included in my return. Instead of admitting to error on their end they are refusing a refund. My advice, go to Ali express and order these clothes if you want them because that's exactly where they are coming from. I'll never order from this company again!

The outfit is adorable but I am disappointed that the bow to match the outfit has not arrived and therefore will not be able to be worn for Easter festivities. Probably not good marketing to show a complete outfit if the products can be up to 3 weeks different in shipping or in my case longer because I still do not have the bow

I bought several outfits. The sizes are all over the place. There is no customer service. They only respond via email IF they choose to do so. If there is an issue, they disregard the email. They messed up my order and sent me the wrong color. I still have not received a refund although I have returned the item. I did not receive another order and they have completely ignored me. I cannot file a claim with USPS because they did not get insurance with the package. The most frustrating thing, is that they choose which emails to respond to and you can't call and speak to anyone.

Some items that we know are smaller than standard sizing, we indicate to order one size up on the product page. We show for one order returned items were received and processed 3 store credits were issued on 10/12,10/13, and 10/23 for returned items, which were emailed to you. There were 2 refunds completed as well, one on 9/7 and the second was on 10/4. The second order was refunded 3 out of 4 items returned. The beret was returned separate, and was issued store credit on 10/23/2023. The 3rd order was an Exchange order created through the return portal, which shows as shipped and delivered. Ordered an outfit a month in advance to the event we need it for and it arrived just in enough time. Excited to open it, I was disappointed to find that the shirt was missing from the outfit. I paid the price for the 3 piece set that only can with two of the three items.
This is the company's mistake. When I reached out to have the missing shirt shipped I was told I would have to return my order, wait for refund, to then repurchase my items that were a preorder so this can take up to to 30 days to get the correct order.
I need the outfit for next week. I now have to buy a shirt to match, spending extra money while still paying full price for the outfit. Yes, I could just return it for a refund but we wanted the outfit, and purchased a matching hat and boots to go with as well. Nothing was done to correct their error. Not worth dealing with. Avoid this company at all costs.

The option to resend the missing item should have been offered and I am speaking with my team to update our processes and procedures. Normally, if something is sent wrong, we ask that the customer return the item and we will replace the item.
The top should have been offered to be sent out instead of returning the set, and this has been communicated to the team.
Expect a tracking link by end of day today with a new complete set, not just the top. You may discard or donate any items that are not needed once you receive the replacement package; we do not need any of the original parts returned.

I absolutely love them. My granddaughters live 3 hrs away and we are still on lock down. Unicorns are their favorite so I know they will be on top of this world. I can hear their little screams now when they see them. Thank you for getting them to me so soon I wasn't expecting them yet.
This company is not willing to work with their clients, you won't get your money back if something doesn't fit only store credit, they take forever to ship (mine took 30days) and once you place your order they won't let you canceled.

It took 2 months to receive my order. You could buy better quality shorts from Walmart or Target. The top was coming apart from the seams just from opening from the packaging. I was told about a month in I would receive a 20% refund for the delay in shipping. I never received it. The sizing was not accurate in the least bit. I will not be shopping with them again. I don't recommend them to anyone.

This dress was absolutely beautiful! This was my first purchase from this site so I was hoping that it wasn to small or that the dress arrived on time for my daughters birthday. No only did it fit perfectly but they also provided me with a discount code and the shipping was super fast. I have now become a long time customer and will be shopping for more adorable outfits for my daughter from this site.
Will never order from this company again. When you order it takes more than a month to receive your item. The dress has been in production since Oct. They still do not have a ship date. When I ordered a Halloween costume in Sept it took me more than a month to receive. This company takes your money, and gets an attitude when you want your items. Do not buy from this company!
It fits her like a glove and looks so adorable in it! My granddaughter absolutely love the top and sparkly skirt, and was so excited to wear it to school, which unfortunately did not happen, but she will surely wear it, as soon as possible!

We received your return package and the order was examined and shown to me directly confirming the package only had one of the two identical items included. We did not receive the second outfit, and I was personally there to witness the inspection and processing of this package. The processing agent opened and shook all the items to ensure they were not found inside a different item, which is why the return was rejected for the one item. Records indicate the remainder of the items were refunded on August 15 back to your Afterpay account. If you discover that you have located the outfit that was rejected due to item not received, we can assist you with returning it by sending you a new return label. The package showed no signs of damage or opened / closed prior to inspection, and this is why this item was not refunded. We simply did not receive it back. Please email cs@miabellebaby.com if you have located the item and would like us to send you a new return shipping label. We do not refund or issue store credit for items that are submitted for return - but not returned.
If the item was sent separately, please let us know the tracking number for the secondary package and we will work to investigate the issue further.
This is not the experience we wish for anyone, however we received the package that did not include all of the items requested for return. One of the two identical outfits was received, and refunded, along with the other items in the package.
Seeing as this is your first order with us, and the item was not received in our returns department, we are unable to issue the refund for the missing item on this order.
