I swear it's been almost two years since I ordered 4 phone cases. Along with whatever specials they threw in. Scammed tf out of me and I'm getting that same generic email like everyone else. Do not buy from these c*nts with their dumb excuses. They just want your money, don't ever expect to receive your order
I bought cases in January of this year and have sent at least 15 emails asking where my order was and they keep saying they are on there way. Now it's May. So 5 months later I still don't have them. I now have asked for a refund so they have stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company. They seriously are scammers. Just look at their reviews. They are thief's! The picture below is the only email I ever get back. It's the exact one every time
The cases were very cheap! And they didn't type the right message on them when I clearly typed the right thing in the description of what I wanted, I also had a coupon for a free socket holder and another free case and they did not send anything! Would not recommend Snapchat needs to stop advertising for them, very upset about their return policy also. They're good at scamming!

So back in April i ordered 3 cases and then the website had some free items so of course I got those too (who wouldn't?) Well 3 months later, I got my cases and nothing else... but in the email it said everything was delivered together... I have emailed them twice about it and have gotten nothing. Dont waste your money. The cases are cute sure, but I can only use one of mine and they're cheap cases. 5$ at most. I wish I would have read some reviews first.
Wish i saw this reviews before i order them i order some for my mom and my self since April and i am still waiting, I placed my order April 18th 2020, we are now in the month of June and I still haven't received anything. This is honestly a waste of money! I contacted them via email to cancel my order and they said it couldn't be canceled because my cases were supposedly in production and since they're custom made they can't be resold. Another thing, they kept asking what model phone I wanted my cases which does NOT make sense what so ever because when you place the order it clearly asks what type of phone the case is for. And i am still waiting
So I FINALLY got my cases - over 4 weeks after my order was placed. The case was ok - nothing spectacular. The color is good but it is a very slick plastic which makes it hard to hang on to my phone.
Beyond that, there website/customer service is AWFUL! They bury everything in the FAQ's and point to those when there is a question. You will get an email the day after your order saying that your order will normally ship in 2-3 days but when you contact Customer Service you are told the "FAQs" say "3-4 weeks". They will offer a "FREE GIFT CARD" with no disclaimers when you purchase but then tell you when they send you the card that the "FAQs" say blah, blah, blah - this is when you find out the gift card is only good on phone cases and only good if you spend more than the gift card. I still haven't received the "free" purse that was supposedly added to my order nor have I received an answer.
I order online all the time and thought I would give them a try as I love to change out my phone cases. It seemed like a good deal and since there were NO disclaimers when I purchased, I placed the order.
If you don't mind waiting almost 5 weeks for your order and don't mind vague offers with hidden disclaimers then this is the place for you.
