I ordered a bag a month ago. My card was charged, but my bag never shipped. Phone line is disconnected and they do not respond to emails or messages to their facebook page. They even went so far as to delete my post asking for an update.
Do not order unless you want to donate your money to strangers for nothing in return.
I purchased this luggage to use for our trip to China. The orange color was easily spotted at the airport so we easily retrieved our luggage. The light weight was fantastic because we never had a problem with overweight luggage. The two pieces we checked stood up perfectly through seven different flights on our trip. Due to the light color there were several black marks on the checked luggage but most of them came off with a little "elbow grease". The smaller piece was used as my carry-on and fit in all but one of the overhead compartments. That plane was a small prop plane that didn't have overhead compartments, however. This was the first time I used hard side luggage. I loved everything about it... the four wheels, the color, the weight and the ease of use. I would definitely recommend this luggage and also a trip to China!
I was pleasantly surprised to find the construction and finish to be of higher quality than the price would indicate. Mezzi claims the anodized paint will prevent the finish from scratching in a different color. Time will tell. My travel 13" Laptop fits easily with 1.25" left on top and sides. Included Velcro flexible dividers keep the laptop from sliding around inside the case. There isn't quite enough room for the AC adapter but given the published dimensions, I wasn't surprised. There are sleeves in the interior that easily accommodate a tablet, paperwork and a few pens. It is half the size of a regular valise so fits inside a carry on. Service side was spot on too. Can you say Fathers Day Gift- that was easy!
I ordered two items from Mezzi. One arrived in the wrong colour, the other item was lost in transit. I sent numerous emails to Mezzi, most were ignored. Mezzi received a refund from UPS for the lost article however they never gave me a refund nor did they send me a replacement. This seems the same as theft
Can't understand why people complain about these products? Have you looked at the prices. Please! You only get what you pay for.
And with Mezzi you get a great product range, extremely trendy cases at more than afforable prices.
I have a Mezzi laptop case that flew half way round the world to get to me and has given me four years loyal service since then. Again take a look at the prices for me thats pretty good value.
