Finally gotten my money back from this company with the help of SKYLINE REC VERYC OM a financial recovery company when this company refused to grant my withdrawal requests. First of all, they spam you with tons of junk email promotions and popups on their site. I got multiple emails from them every day for their crappy promotions and they mostly went to my spam folder. This caused me to miss that the were delisting a trading pair which I help a position in. They forcefully closed my position which caused me to lose out on the trade. I hold my trades for weeks and often expect to be down for a while before I'm in profit. The only gave 6 days notice about the delisting so even if I did see the email about the delisting 6 days wasn't enough to get into profit. However, just 10 days later as Bitcoin rose to $50K my trade would have been in profit. So they stole from me. Don't trust them, find a different exchange.
