I attempted to purchase on two seperate occasions from this man. The first
Time he was so mean I just wanted to get out of there so I left without purchasing. But, everyone has a bad day once in a while and deserves a second chance right? So a week later I called and I was told if I came out I could pick them up. I drove 45 miles to save my congregation shipping, only to be told the books were packed in his moving truck! He could have told me that on the phone! Now, you would think he would apologize and offer to ship the books when he unpacked right? No such professionalism. And as the other reviewer stated this man will not admitt his error. It is too bad. Very sad really. Admitting and taking responsibility for mistakes makes one respected.

I bought a book from this site for a friend that has no way of doing it for himself. My first flag went up when I did not receive an invoice from this site after my purchase. The second when the purchase came to me.
I contacted the director who said," I've been making a lot of mistakes lately." who then asked if he could call me back within five minutes. When he called back it was more like 45 minutes. He proceeded to tell me that the error was mine which was an impossibility because I paid for the purchase and the shipping was not the same address to which he had both the billing and sending. My friend did not pay and my bank statement says that I did. So if he has both address and the billing address has to be mine because its my card then I could not have made that particular mistake. Added insult to injury, he said I was trying to rob him of MORE postage... didn't I just say I paid? So rather than be honorable he sent a bogus invoice with information switched around to prove that I made that incredible blunder of his. I'd STAY AWAY from this site because he's not amenable to doing the right thing. A simple apology and a promise to fix the situation would have worked wonderfully for me. I guess good customer service is not part of his policy. STAY AWAY FOLKS
