I brought a washer and dryer in 2019 along with a warrenty that expires in 2022. My dryer door is broken and I've tried to get this fixed for 6 weeks with no success. Their response has been very mis-leading about the parts along with promises to expedite the situtation. I've talked to the people that they delagated to fix it and they say this is a stanard practice of Mennards to delay and hope you will just pay for the part yourself. Be very careful when purchasing a warrenty from Mennards, they don't like to honor their obligation.
