This is the third time me typing this. But it keep erasing. So I must really want you all to not get scammed by this online business if I am typing this again. Here I go, once again. I was ordering an item & I came across an website I wasn't familiar with. So, I check this particular company up & I can't even remember the name of the company or not for sure if this online business is working with Melodious Store or not but according to what I looked up this online business was legit. So I went back, to the same website & purchased the item & after I purchased the item Melodious Store pops up. I said to myself, that's not the online bus I ordered from. So, I looked up Melodious Store. I was astonished when it basically said that this online business is a scam (actually, it did say it was a scam) & they may not send you your purchases. And I'd they do, it may be at poor quality. So, I took one step further. I wanted their customer service phone. When I looked it up online, it read as follows: Melodious Store has no phone number, physical address or live chat options available. So, I contacted my credit card company explained to them what happened & let them know that this company is a scam. The credit card company wasn't going help me until they told the amount of they charged to my card. When I purchased anything, I write the date, order # & the amount o the purchased. The date was July 18,2023, ordered #*******5113, for the amount of $12.45. When the representative told me the amount pending ( I can't remember the exact amount) over $14, then the representative canceled the transaction & my credit card. And that's why I say they need to change their name to scammers. Also, I wanted to give them no stars but I wouldn't let me type the review on these scammers.
