I just ordered an item it has not been shipped and the web site said if it has not been shipped it can be cancelled but the lady was to lazy to get it and cancel my order and mind you I was going to order the item I did need from them now I will never order through them again and will be reporting their business

I am a professional mobile device repair shop and I ordered an iPad LCD screen at 1:40pm PST on a Wednesday from their website because on every webpage it says that if an order is placed by 5pm PST that they will ship it out same day. So I placed the order with Priority Mail, which was an extra cost because I needed the LCD screen by Friday or Saturday at the absolute latest for a customer. I didn't get any email from them other than the generic order email, which did NOT show a tracking number. Long story short, they never sent the item out and finally on Monday they said: "Your order is showing as being high risk. We will ship as soon as it is resolved."

Absolutely no reason for this so I told them to just cancel the order, but they ended up costing me the repair with the customer since I didn't get the part like their website promises.

They have sold me a used, scratched LCD screen and refused to give me a full refund when I returned it. Stay away from these cheats!

Was charged for my purchase but never received an order confirmation. Reached out to them on their "contact us" page, but didn't receive a response. Emailed them and haven't received a response. Will update review if they ever get back to me.

I received a defective iphone screen, sent it back for an exchange and they came back the part was damaged and for that reason they cannot exchange nor refund. The part was defective in the first place and now they want to give me a refund, this is a joke.

I ordered an iPad screen from megafixits site. They had a good price. Their website incorrectly listed the color of the screen bezel. When I received the incorrect screen due to their website error they required me to pay return shipping of the part they incorrectly labeled and identified on their website. They also wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the return of the incorrectly advertised part. They also changed the website description and blocked my computer from accessing their chat feature and refused to answer emails. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. Highly unethical company. Buyer beware!

I ordered a IPad mini 4 home button mounting bracket. It was not the right size. It was to big and the only way I could fit it was to put it in crooked. Also the home button could not reach the bracket to even press down. So there was no use in my home button! My home button works fine, I've tested it! If you need I can send a pic of what the mounting bracket should actually look like. For some reason so many people are selling this as the correct piece. It is very close but not it!

I sent an email soon as I ordered the item and they answered the next day telling me it was shipped already and I have to pay to send it back
