Items ordered were 2 to 3 sizes smaller than advertised. XXL shirts were actually small to medium. Tried to return them and was told that the return center is in China and that I would have to pay for the return but that they would give me a 10% discount on the order which I could use to have the items altered to my size - made bigger? Also, order was never completely shipped to me.
As another reviewer has noted - there was no indication that this was not an Australian operated business and that the cost of the items was not the total price in Australian $$. The garments cost me almost double when the dodgy exchange rate was applied and did not arrive for approximately 6 weeks. 1 garment was just ok in quality, the other garment ordered in exactly the same size looks almost like a child's garment. There are no details in the packaging regarding how to return items etc. Do not buy from this site.
They did a good job hiding onsite they were an over seas company. I thought they weren't because price of shirt was $89 which seemed high for Chinese company. Once order was placed and I realized I tried to cancel through the appropriate channels they instructed 10 Min after order was placed. It clearly states onsite you can cancel before order ships. They did not respond until 2 days later stating sorry order shipped cannot cancel! I can tell you how this story will end. Quality of product will be $#*! and to return will cost about $35. Never ever ever EVER again.
