I received both my items in a timely manner, a swim dress and swim undwear, unfortunately the swim I wear were a little small but that's entirely my fault, overall very happy with my purchase

I ordered 2 bathing suits, when I tried to use the 10% off code my order would not go through. Had to reorder and the coffee was invalid after I attempted to use it. I'm certain this happens to everyone. Then the bathing suits I ordered were not received as pictured. I sized up and they're both very tight on me. Both made small. I won't be ordering again. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

Everything was great except one suit didn't fit at all. They do struggle with providing enough support for big chested women.

Warning: I am pretty picky. The items I ordered took a long time to arrive compared to my expectations (nearly two weeks). They are pretty good quality and fit well. I have a longer torso even though I'm not tall (5'5") and swimsuits are often too short. These are okay but could be a bit longer. Otherwise I love them.

The swimsuits I purchased were beautiful, they just didn't fit to my liking. The return process has been torture. You have 7 days after your return request is approved to send back your items but they emailed late at night and tried to convince me to keep the items or receive gift cards or store credit, even when I was very clear that I wanted a refund. This went on for about four days of back and forth!

Package took 2 weeks to arrive. I immediately knew I wanted to return two of the items I bought. The customer service dept haggled with me via email, asking me to keep the items in exchange for store credit or gift cards instead of returning and refunding. They finally agreed to process the return but did not provide a label just an address. Basically I had to DIY my own return invoice with order number and product numbers, as well as provide them with return tracking number.

Of the four items and I kept and wore, two of them are already falling apart after one wear. The swimsuits are very cheaply made they all of rough seams that feel scratchy against your skin, or stitching that does not stretch in certain places. Worthless product, a complete waste of money, and on top of that a complete headache to deal with customer service. Stay away.

Loved the quality and the prices. After doing weight loss surgery I was in need of new bathing suits. I bought based on the clothing sizing I am currently in. With it being my first order here I should have measured to ensure a better fit. I will be trying again.

Swimwear is ok. Sizing is a bit off. Bra Size is small compared to rest of swimsuit. Took 3 weeks to he delivered

It was easy to choose and delivery was reasonable.

Ordering was easy and selecting the clothing was fun. When I received the order, package was good and the clothes were very nice. I even made an exchange and placed another order with my credit.

Super quick delivery. Great swim top. Hides the bumps and bulges

Shipping took forever. My order wasn't even shipped out until 8 business days after I placed it. Then took another 5 business days to get to me. The tops I got are cute but not supportive at all. Hope I don't do any jumping or moving in them. But I don't dare try to return them because who knows what that would take.

Bust sizes on the small size

The site was easy to use. Shipping took a while and tracking information was bad. 1 suit fit great, another did not and I immediately started trying to return which involved a week's worth of emails back and forth with people trying to strike some sort of deal- just take the suit back and give me a refund like every other site in existence! The suit I kept, I've worn twice and there is already a seam that has come loose

Beautiful swimsuit. Nothing against the swimsuit, but when you have big legs-the swimsuit cuts into my skin. Not comfortable. So looks like I won't get to enjoy it.

I purchased a swimsuit from this store. When it arrived, it did not fit so I tried to return it. Instead of just accepting the return and sending me a return label, first they tried to leave me the suit and offer me a gift card for their site. When I said I wanted to return the item, they then offered me a small partial refund for no return of the item. When I again said I wanted a full refund, again they offered me a slightly higher partial refund. I finally gave up and accepted it. Who knows where they are located. The customer service person's English was not good and they were going to charge me to ship the return. Very short sighted of them...

I purchased two swimsuits, I needed to return 3 of the 4 pieces. Contacted the company and they didn't understand what an exchange was and then completely stopped returning my emails. I'll just keep them all and never shop with this company again

I thought I had bought two

Two piece swimsuit but got one white top no bottom, plus a purple bikini bottom no top. Very disappointed.
