First my package wasn't mailed until I contacted them. When I received my package, I didn't like the fit of two of the suits. I emailed them about returning them. They asked me to email which suits I wanted to return. If I still chose to return them, I would then get an address and would have to pay return shipping and send them the tracking number. It did finally get credited, but I have never had to go through so much to return an item. In this day and time, most companies do return shipping for free.
Great quality, sizing is a little off. But overall good.
It was a hassle to return. Had to pay for my own parcel and shipping, go to the post office and wasn't refunded until they received it. I communicated with someone over email and she was very confused, couldn't really understand her broken English through the email.
