Unfortunately the item I purchased was right size but a bad fit.

I will have to purchase from a store and fit on before buying

Swimwear quite well made, but using their measurement guide I ended up with swimwear far TOO BIG. Also paid a fee of $3.10 for what? Use of debit card?

I love the look overall, however the size was perfect, except for the cup sizing. Way too big. Once bathing suit is wet, the wire seems to get somewhat uncomfortable and it tends to hurt a little.

First products were smaller than I expected the sizing to be, so I asked to exchange and they offered me to keep the first items and have a 100% credit to buy new size, very happy with that as I can offer the small products to a friend and avoid paying to post them back. It did take a few days for this credit to come through which meant I needed to pay for express shipping to get my new sized products delivered in time for an overseas trip, I did ask for assistance to get products sooner without paying the express shipping but no response to that request. However, the express shipping did arrive very quickly, and I had probably left it too late to purchase in first place before holiday without knowing if size would fit. The products were much better quality than I was expecting.

I thought the company manufactured their products in AU but appears the products are made and purchased in China. Trying to buy AU only for our economy.
Ordered AU 16~18 but couldn't even get them on. Can only send back to US at my cost and them they don't refund entire AU $... so they said to keep and give me a voucher but I still get product made in China...

So I had to return two of the swimsuits because they were way too small instead of returning them they gave me credit for them and I re-ordered a couple of suits going up a size. I hope they work out.

I entered this site to purchase swimwear as you would probably know the bigger stores keep less than tasteful swimwear. This site had what I was looking for in swimwear. I just need to return the otems for a larger size.

Loved the variety and the colors especially for a plus sized girlie like me.

Return process is ridiculous... offering partial credits, requiring photos and tracking and not offering free returns. No online return portal. All items were too small in the bust despite being promoted as "curvy and plus size" Products were nice, but the busts were too small despite bands being good sizes, so to me they were regular sizes, not "curvy" or plus sizes.

The beginning of my experience was not the best. I initially placed an order for 3 swimsuits. During that first placement I did receive a notice from the card I used that it had blocked the payment due to fraud suspicions but I okayed the purchase. So I waited a few days, kept checking the status which said payment review. After probably a week I reached out to see what was going on. They told me the order didn't go through and that I would need to place again. Okay fine, a little frustrating that I was never told this - and my order still says payment review (even to this day!) but I went ahead and placed a new order. This time I did get a confirmation that my order was received. Okay perfect. Then it was two weeks later and I had not received any notification that anything had shipped, or there was issues, etc. So I reached out again. Come to find out one of my items was out of stock and they were wanting me to pick something new. Okay it wouldn't have been a big deal if they would have let me know that instead of me reaching out. How long would I have had to wait before they told me? So then I did the product exchange. Received no confirmation it has been received or again that anything was shipped. So I messaged them again (2 days after okaying the product exchange)- this time I did express my frustrations with the process. They apologized and were able to get it shipped out. However they did not confirm if it was with the new product or not. The shipping even stated the old product. Okay so it was a guessing game on which one I was actually receiving. I did finally receive my order (not sure if they fast tracked the shipping for me or not but I got it after about a week of the last email expressing frustrations). I am very impressed with the quality of the swimsuits I ordered. They seem well made, true to the picture, and flattering.
Overall it was a frustrating time getting the actual package but I am impressed with the quality. If they could work on those communication pieces I think they would be 5 stars in no time.

I ordered my bathing suits for a vacation on November 20th on November 21 I requested you cancel my order you didn't I received my order on December 11. I home from vacation. I had to pay 24.00 dollars extra to have it sent to me.
I no longer need the bathing suits and need to return them. Please send me a return label. This is the third time I'm asking for a label

I brought 2 sizes bigger than my normal size in hopes that the torso would be long enough but it still was to short

No obvious UK size comparisons making it hard to decide on correct size

Was a bit worried about a lack of notifications that my order had been placed an was going to be delivered after my payment

You cannot be too certain of hackers or fakes ect.

I could not find the promotion code and the chat session could not help.
The fit of one of the swim dresses I purchases is very disappointing and I've not looked into how to send it back or if is worth the postage, I will think twice before making a further purchase from here.

Easy and and straight forward for big chested woman the first pair of swimmers that have fit for a long time

My order arrived after my trip. It took them away too long to actually ship my order.

Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.

The bathingsuit fits well and exactly as pictured. Shipping was a couple weeks but it's coming from the other side of the world so that's expected. Tracking information was not updated regularly.
