I really, really loved the suit top that I received. However it was slightly too tight and so I wanted to exchange for the next size. I also wanted to get the matching bottoms.
I had to pay to send the top back—okay, fine. Not ideal, but reasonable. Then I found out I needed to pay for them to send me the exchanged top. Wasn't happy to hear that. I asked them to combine my new order of the bottoms and the exchanged top. I was told no, that it was not possible…even though they both were coming from the same place on the same day….
So, now I've paid $43 in shipping fees for a suit that costs $43. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to pay that much in shipping and had I know beforehand, I might have reconsidered buying.

I normally wear 2X to 3X due to my large breast size. So I ordered a 4 X and it seems like it was only made for short people. I could barely almost not cover my breasts. That's how short the bathing suit was made. I love the look of it but disappointed it didn't fit me

Customer Service so far has been helpful. 5 out of 7 items ordered do not fit. The sizing seems off. The return process isn't easy but it isn't a pain. I am shipping my items back today so I have yet to see if the returns are customer friendly.

The overall experience was great. I placed my order and recieved it in under 2 weeks. My only issue is there isn't as much support as I would like in the bust of the swimsuit.
