I can already tell cancelling isn't going to be an easy process. It's going take at least 4 weeks before my order even ships. I decided I didn't want to wait that long. And so far all I'm getting is the run around. They don't tell you the process until after you've signed everything and given them your information. I'm predicting a long battle ahead of me

I placed a order over 3 weeks ago. Still no product wont be here to Wednesday nov 27 the day my next payment is due and havent even seen the product. Not very happy at all. And everytime I call in they are no help and always something I call everyday and they just keep saying the same thing im about to cancel the whole purchase.

When I first signed up people were constantly calling me to finish signing up. Email after email. They have all my information and already taken the down payment. They said my order was shipped but no tracking information. No one responded to my calls or email. I'm beginning to think it's a scam!

Well let me say I'm a little bit disappointed in this site! I do not know if its cause of my credit score or whatever! But I have made my six payments and still have not got my ps4 and my air fryer! I was told this past Wednesday that it has been shipped out and will be at my place no longer then five business days! I get in a way that its up to who ever the shipping company is. None of them have called me. I have heard of other people I know that have used this site, and they either get their stuff less then two weeks. So why am I any different? I have never used this site before. I was told great things about Mdg. So please call me and email me please as soon as u can please! Sorry if I am being too harsh! I believe the deal I got with MDG is fair. The customer service agent, although hard to get a hold of, is nice and knowledgeable. I am over a week into my process and this is just being dragged out and seems never ending. What could be a simple debit transaction and turned into a circus of needing this and that then once you get it then they repeat the process of needing this and that. Round 4 in the process and all this could have been asked for upfront and handled in one hour. Money has been taken from my bank and still do not have a good answer of when my order is going to ship. Being Friday am sure I will have to wait another 3 days for hopeful answer. Reading everyone elses review it seems they will eventually ship it the longest way possible. I get my order faster from Wish App. All in all, I will be doing a video review of this whole process for 20,000 viewers. I am sure the product I have ordered is good as it has had positive reviews but by time and if I get my product i will be almost a month into this process...

Starts off by getting a phone call and then another phone call has to be made, after that another phone call must be made. After all those phone calls it says my purchase is still waiting to be shipped a week later. Hopefully the products I bought are good and that would make the experience better. I will say the people on all the phone calls were polite and did a good job.

It just took entirely too long to get my first purchase. I ordered and started this process on December 10th, 2019 and FINALLY got my laptop TODAY (Jan 8th, 2020). Then I was required to call MDG several times for verification instead of their reps calling ME... VERY hard while working 13hr days. Once I'd finally completed the order confirmation and verification process, I had to wait an EXTRA week for my laptop to be delivered. The entire experience was very unpleasant and I'm actually quite certain I I wouldn't do it again... and I still have to find out if they report on-time payments to the major credit bureaus.

Please note that the warehouse was closed for holidays. All payments are reported to a national credit bureau as long as we have your social security number. Was skeptical of this at first but turns out it's all legit. Bought a 58" Samsung TV and ps4 bundle. Payment was $29 every 2 weeks. Went great. Paid it off... no problems. Now... I bought an 82" Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar bundle. Bought February of 2021. It's not even been a year and the TV is not working. I called MDG, they said call Samsung because it's within the 1 year manufacturer warranty. So I call Samsung. Turns out it's a Canadian model and American Samsung can't service it. Call Canadian Samsung. Can't service it because the TV is not in Canada. Now I'm dealing with MDG again. 20 emails back and forth over 2 days. They want all this proof of who I am and my address. I've sent them my lease, AEP bill and my renters insurance all showing what they asked for. They keep acting like it's not good enough. I'm pissed because it shouldn't be this hard to get something replaced/ repaired. I still have the 58" TV I bought 4 years ago. You would think I would have issues with it before the newer one.

They say you get $2,500 credit or $3,000 credit no credit check... so I got a tablet everything was going good tablets not working at the cost of the summer they gave me. Then I want to get to TVs cuz I still have 2,200- left on my credit. Did everything I was supposed to sign papers haven't heard anything try to check out. So on Monday I call and they tell me they need a bank statement I gave them my bank statement clearly shows I did an income every month no matter of people lose their job I still get the same, cuz I'm a social. They said they need that because people are losing their jobs this is what I was told. So I gave him my bank statement he said he can open it up he need some kind of password well honey you're not getting password to my bank right there clearly shows your Social Security and the amount that I did every month that should be enough. I guess could he couldn't open it up or I just go into my bank I don't really know what he wanted I can't use the rest of my credit I wasn't given the opportunity. So when they say you get $3,000 credit line be aware. You can't leave people on especially around Christmas. I did everything I was supposed to and you still saying I couldn't get the TVs. After I gave you proof of what I get every month. Shame on you for leading me on... Thank Donna

I work 12-14 hours a day. They call me over and over while I am working even after I have answered and explained that they need to call later. If I don't answer I get a voice message from a woman whom I can hardly understand due to her accent, and she sounds painfully bored.
Maybe add something with a "best time to call". And also, why on earth would a company ask for my online banking username and password? Seems odd.

I am a continuing customer with MDG. Unfortunately, their shipping criteria needs work! It takes to long for merchandise to ship and arrive, especially for what they charge for shipping! Again, this charge is costly enough for two day air, not two week standard!
