I have been a customer for about 20 years, and have had nothing but great experiences with MDG staff and products. And with their payment plans they make it so very easy. Truly one of the finer businesses out there.
Careless driver with MDG trucking, LLC cab and a rental 3892348. 4/11/24 in Florida ran family off road. Reckless, careless. Should be arrested.
Overall good company so far order went through fast and shipped pretty fast for being so far away. The phone calls to set up the order were a little rushed but besides that it was a good experience.
This is a fabulous place of business they all have patience not angry tone in their voice. They don't get frustrated with you asking questions or changing your mind few times. That the way every place that deals with the public should be.
Had Good Customer service and fast delivery but my 1 HUGE gripe is I ordered the 17 HP Omen. It was shipped in just its original Manufacturer box with Handle and delivered by UPS that way... No protective outer box or bubble wrap... Totally unacceptable for item of that price. Everyone can see what is ordered and UPS just throws boxes and items around in the truck... It was literally in the box as if you went to a store and picked it off the shelf yourself... Also was shipped the wrong model number Omen laptop and not the one pictured on the website I ordered...

Love the site dont mind the long payments but shipping for 44 bucks could be faster than 10 days to 2 weeks

I haven't received the merchandise yet also I don't like that my credit profile took a hard hit. Other than that I'm satisfied so far.

But, we will report all your payments to a national credit bureau which will have a positive impact on your payment history and score. Good overall just took a long time to get the furniture once I was approved but did make it right got my furniture today
I hate the shipping companies they use my products were coming from California it said then went to Toronto just to come to ohio and the process of ordering is long n drawn out for financing

Overall satisfied other then having to resign paperwork and recconect my bank twice. But very friendly people and enjoying our new bed now! And also shipping was very expensive but I know I pay extra going through a company like this on credit!

My order took a long time to receive. Overall it was a good experience, and I would recommend this company to my friends. The one thing I didn't like was the handling and shipping.

I just received my order. Everything came in original boxes. 4 out of 5 items work. I haven't tried my kitchen aid as of yet. I'm sure it works. Will update as the months and years go by.
Customer service kept telling me my order was shipped. Another csr told me their waiting for an item. Finally on the 6th call I got a tracking number. But no shipment attached. On the 10th day I was able to schedule a delivery. Received my order at 7:30am. My delivery window was 6am - 10am.
Overall experience 8 out of 10. It took sometime to verify everything. Bc my bank account was new.

This company is exactly as advertised. You get pre approved for a certain amount. Once you give your first payment, they process the shipping for whatever item you are getting. My only nit picky issue is how long standard shipping takes. Pretty much 2 weeks before I get what I ordered.

So far, I'm happy! Shipping can take about two weeks from the time you place the order. If they sped up shipping, it would be great!

There no reason with today Technology that it should take 5 day to verified funds but wasn't really wasnt too upset with it just saying it shouldn't take that long
Thanks for the feedback! Being a finance company, please understand that we are taking huge risks by funding and potential customers and because of that we have some verification steps you have to go through. Down Payment is one of them and we need to have a bank confirmation that payment cleared.
