I Love High end Designer Handbags. I was given a MCM Handbag from my Aunt. I looked the bag up on Mcmworldwide because I was curious to know how much she paid. $1095. 00. I was using my new Beautiful Large GOLD VISETOS DRAWSTRING for about 5 months and I noticed that the cord to close the bag was frayed and looked very worn. I contacted MCM & someone responded pretty quickly. Her name was Victoria, she told me to contact the Leather Surgeons who repair their bags. Upon going back & forth them needing the model & serial number which is way down in a small pocket which I could not get to unless I cut it out I couldn't read the whole number. I've shipped my bag to the Leather Surgeons for Repair. I will let you know what the outcome is when I get my purse back. Today is 5/18/2017
I'm so disappointed
I ordered the MCM crocs as anyone knows they are a bit pricey! I was so excited to get them. Only to open them and the gold had scuffs they're new, it seems to me that they weren't buff good. That's not all its glue showing in different places all over the shoe. I contacted the company MCM worldwide, they had a supervisor to call me back. Talking to the supervisor and explaining everything to him, and oh plus I have photos and was willing to send them to him. I was told he could only offer a very small refund. I wasn't satisfied with that for as much as I paid for crocs. I was hesitant to return them as my size could be sold out, or the next pair could be worst. After going round and round I was told I can return or get a very small refund! Now here the kicker, if I except the refund, it will be a as is sale. No warranty! Now why would I take the very small refund to have no warranty! Please read reviews before putting your hard earned money out! So disappointed!
