I can't begin to tell you how wonderful the Maxsold Team was to work with. After losing my husband to ALS and my mother within a year, to say I was an emotional wreck is an understatement. Unfortunately for them, I was a train wreck but they all were so compassionate and helped me threw the process of getting on with a new chapter of my life, with no excess material baggage. Thank you. Shawna, my team lead is the most understanding lady. She was my rock at a very different time. Her team was outstandingly professional. Please use MAXSOLD when you need these services! Maxsold has been great for me. I've bought from about 10 of their auctions so far. Found things I've needed in great condition to almost new. Very happy with the money I saved. Every auction site was run extremely smooth. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Don't see how things could go better.

Auction popularity seems to be growing which means as a buyer I might pay a little more but seems like fair prices prevail for seller and buyer Its an easy way to pickup something cool from the comfort of your sofa or in the office at the end of the day

I have used Max Sold before, but the first time I won a bid was a very good experience. There was plenty of email feed back regarding my winning bid: Full description of items in the lot, detailed sales receipt including taxes and commissions etc, step by step instructions and expectations, and finally a reminder the day before the scheduled pick up time. At pick up there were 5 friendly staff who were organized and very helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Complete easy to do step-by-step instructions to guide you in every section of selling with a list of contact employees to help answer any questions you have. I'm not very computer savy but I had no problem in setting up my own sale and was very pleased with the outcome of my sale. I sold many items at prices I would never get selling locally or online with so little effort from my own home. Thank you maxsold!

MaxSold is a great website for resellers and collectors to source or find items for their collections. The prices are usually a bit more affordable than other sites. The auctions run by MaxSold, in my experience as a buyer, are well run and the workers are extremely helpful. Chances of finding an auction at close distance to you is high and you can save on gas in this economy!

Started using MaxSold the middle of 2021. Signed up, added a credit card and started browsing the local auctions. So far have won over 10 auctions. Got a good price and the fee was acceptable. Just remember to account for the fee when bidding so you know what you are paying for the item. All items pickups were easy and fairly organized. Website is easy to navigate.

Nothing has beaten MaxSold for us in terms of setting up our new home. We used to Craigslist heavily, but MaxSold has all but made us abandon it. Somehow we always find someone selling a household item we need, it's always way cheaper than buying new, and it feels good to know that something will be reused instead of wasted. We've shopped over 100 auctions here and will continue to do so as long as they exist!

My gorgeous full leather Natuzzi living room set came from an Ottawa purchase - $820 for a couch, chair and ottoman that were valued at over $6,500 new... it was a steal! My vintage oak roll-top desk? I paid FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS from an auction in Rochester, NY - Mind! Blown! I've furnished my home with fantastic antiques at pennies on the dollar, and have bought vintage jewelry, storage solutions, stained glass supplies, and metalworking tools. The selection of available items at any given time is absolutely astonishing because of the variety of things that different people have and want to downsize. Someone, somewhere, is getting rid of exactly what you're looking for! My pickups have always been very well organized and seamless, staff are friendly and helpful and always look like they're enjoying their job and each other's company.

Maxsold is less of a hidden gem than it was before but you can still score a lot of awesome deals on antique, vintage, and modern stuff. The place, day-to-day and time of pickup are clearly stated so you can plan ahead or choose not to bid. Premiums seem fair and the bidding process is clear (though you set your max bid after your initial bid, I've seen some bids clearly by people who thought their initial bid was their max, the same as eBay does it).

I just recently found MaxSold and I love it! It's easy to set-up a buyer account and to bid on items. I've gotten some amazing mid-century items at super low prices! I've seen similar items on Facebook marketplace at 10x+ the cost I paid. After I refinish them I'll decide which I'm going to keep and which I may sell.

Maxsold is an excellent business model and sure beats any garage sale I have ever had. This type of auction allows people to shop in the comfort of their own homes and see the types of items they are interested in with great descriptions and photos of each item. I am Maxsold on this idea and will certainly be using this for my future clearouts, estate sales and any other time I wish to sell my goods for the best price ever.

I thought I was just getting an amazing deal on a fantastic coffee table that I fell in love with, but once I bought the table (which was amazingly easy and the people were SO friendly) I found out that not only is MaxSold a great place for great stuff, but they have a broad interest in the environment which is super cool. I've already recommended the site to several friends and I can't wait to find more great items for my home as well as to continue learning more about ways I can help the planet!

Being new to the MaxSold auctions I didn't know what to expect. I made a purchase, got my invoice, selected a pick up time and eagerly waited for my pick up day. I was a little nervous at pick up but the MaxSold employees were very friendly and helpful making the whole process extremely smooth. What started off as moving Mom and Dad to a retirement community, auctioning what they didn't need, and selling their house became a three month trial of hospital visits for both, hospice care for my dad, and his passing. But in the meantime, plans had been put in place to move. I'm giving you all these details so that you know the context when I say that Heidi and her team were so helpful, so supportive, and so easy to work with through a very difficult time. They gave us the flexibility we needed as to when to start the auction process, and we knew exactly what was happening with every step of the way. I was so impressed with the research they did in creating the listings. Everything was so professionally done, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. They totally earned their commission. I highly recommend them, and would work with them again anytime.

I have used several on-line auction sites, but this was the best experience Hands Down. The signing up and bidding was seamless, nice items( I mean I got some really nice items). The pick up was posted so I knew exactly when and where I would be getting my things. When I went to pick -up I was surprised to see all my items neatly separated, some already boxed up, and there was not a long line like I had anticipated.

One of my favorite functions, or options, is the ability to retract or lower my bid if I change my mind. Sometimes I get wild in my bidding so this has helped me out a lot.

Won my first auction with Maxsold the other day and it was such an exciting yet simple experience. Pick up was quick and easy. Not being able to shop at thrift stores due to lockdowns had me down but finding Maxsold I can now get back to finding unique treasures to bring new life to.

Maxsold staff was excellent to work with, from initial hire through cataloguing process, online auction, and itemized pickup. Every step was made seamless. My concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently, removing any stress I had to get the house cleaned out prior to property sale closure.
I would recommend Maxsold to anyone. Again I want to commend the staff for their professionalism, following all Covid protocol, and support provided through the process. Extremely well done!

I love the idea of maxsold and the fact that it gives people a way to find unique items and a chance to get these items at great deals. I've recently started to collect unique vintage items, I've had great luck with maxsold. You have to pay close attention to the lots and lot details of everything you are considering bidding on and have the availability to pick up the items. I have purchased items from a few auctions where maxsold has people onsite, generally these folks are very polite and helpful if and when possible.

MaxSold makes the whole, challenging and often emotional process of downsizing/decluttering or selling-up simple and rewarding! I've had the opportunity to work with MaxSold twice now: first with a MaxSold-managed sale of my late mother's house contents, and most recently through a seller-managed exercise in personal decluttering. Everything about the sales was professionally and efficiently managed. Moreover, when technical problems were encountered with my sale, MaxSold was quick to act in providing fair and compensatory support. I look forward to my next sale -- and would encourage anyone to do so too!

I cannot count the amount of MaxSold auctions I have purchased from. Both in upstate New York and on Long Island. I have always had a positive experience – especially with the crews. They are so helpful and polite every time! I try and stay away, but MaxSold makes it impossible lol!

This year I purchased a candelabra that was advertised as being Sterling Silver. When I won the item and got home with it I realized it wasn't Sterling. I wrote to Maxsold and told them what happened. They reviewed my email and then offered my money back. I didn't pay very much at all. I decided to keep it and resell it on eBay. The fact that they offered a refund made me realize they are a top notch business. They stand behind what they say. They have me as a life long customer.
