Ordered for the first time and fir two items: I received a used product and for the other 2 items missing from the product, not able to reach CSR was on hold for quite sometime also failed to leave a feedback on their site as they review the customer feedback and retain which ever favor their business,

Absolutely wasted money on back cover of Samsung galaxy S10. I booked S10 they sent me S10 Plus and neither replacing it nor refunding my money. Please don't buy anything from the website

I brought a display for my MI phone. Peice they send was defective as the touch was not working. I immediately contacted their support and was told by their support that the product are checked but not tested before shipping. They said will be replaced. Next day i received a email stating, it cant be replaced as the waranty is viod as sticker was replaced. I send them the pics showing the i never removed them, further more the issue is not display but the touch is not working.its a defective product.
Tried to reach them many times with no response.so be carefull when you buy something from this site.Go thru their terms and conditions before buying.Its always better to buy the original from the manufacturer rather than from these sites.

It was a very bad experience of my life with this company. I ordered Huawei P30 Lite Display at mid night and within 8 hours of order placed I contacted to cancel this order because I got to know from my mobile repairer that my display is fine.

I thought in this period of time where customer is getting online shopping easy, but unfortunately & accidentally I found this site to buy LCD Display online and never thought that within 8 hours of order placed company will nt allow me to cancel it, I got surprised that without receiving the item how can a company reject the cancellation of order.

It was very bad experience and the cost also is so high as I asked from the market Display cost is where 1800-2000. They are selling at 2559.

Now I have been trying to contact again n again to get the refund or exchange the product with another product but they are saying the same dialogue there is no police of refund, exchange or replace.

This display is not useful for me and totally waste for me but they don't have any solution for it. I am not able to digest this loss. Where amazon and flipkart, Paytm and other ecommerce shopping portal customer are getting feasibility to buy the product, maxbhi is just imposing the product to their customers and throwing the very old policy that once you pay the money you will not get refunded or any solution in case you have issue with product.

Very very bad service. Cancelled my product without any concent or message. And when i checked. On that site then i come to know that and. Get Money in wallet which i try to. Transfer. And. 5 days have gone i haven't recieve my payments back... such $#*!ty. Customer service... and. If u cant service. Nicely. Then do cash on delivery. So that we dont hev to suffer for our money back... i we pay instantly we want our money. Within one or 2 days... i haven't. Seen any online transaction taking much time then why... such happens. Nd know they. Aren't. Transfering my call to the customer guy so i can tell the problem. Poorest service.

I ordered this product for my iPhone SE 2020, the battery was very good and as they say, it gives me better battery life than the original battery that came along with the phone, it's easy to install and use, and I would like to give 10/10 for their products

I wasted total of Rs, 3700 on order of sony xperia display, Firstly i ordered for xper Z3 plus and there gave Z3 model and again i returned becuase of no use and 600 in return where it cost me 2000 and again after 2 months i have order Z3 plus but this i got Z3 plus but the display is not working. There simply put a sticker on Display as tested do believe it there do not test that. So i request you friends do not purchase any product from maxbhi. Please purchase it from outside it may be cost 500 or 1000 more you will get what you want.

Money Deducted 2 Times From My Account For The One Order.

I was trying to order Samsung galaxy on5 touch digitizer costs 482.49 rupees. I was making payment through mobikwik wallet. At payment page order got stuck but my money got deducted from my account. After that i received a message from maxbhi that my order was unpaid and try payment again. After that i opened the link given in the message and paid again But i didn't received my first payment amount. I asked mobikwik, they said the payment was successful. When i ask about the refund from maxbhi they just cancelled my account and deleted my all order history. I mailed them a lot of time. They never replied to my mail. Please take some action again maxbhi.com.
They are cheating people's money.

On 12th August 2021 I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy J8 display paid Rs. 1909 which took 6 days to process and then on 20th August received shipment After testing, it was found that the display is working but the touch is not working, Then I raised the complaint for replacement, did not get any response for 4 days after that I got the replacement mail and I returned the display now they are refusing to give replacement or refund I would suggest never buy any product from here this company is completely fraud I have donated Rs. 1909 to Maxbhi.com
