Very bad. I had placed the order on 29th October 2021 for Samsung m20 LCD with touch screen combo. Got it on 3rd November 2021. Fixed it on 6th November 2021 only (Diwali busy). Worked for three days. Then half the display turned black. Contacted them for replacement on 10th November 2021. Got a very strange reply. They are claiming that we should not remove the protective sticker of the LCD display for testing as that is the warranty sticker. When i asked how to check the touch without removing the sticker, their only reply was warranty sticker is removed ( the protective sticker). Even after i have sent the picture with the protective sticker, they are sticking to the same story. I don't understand and simply stopped asking for replacement. Seems to me that their policy is sell and when asked for replacement because of non-working give some lame excuse and keep repeating that.
As you can see it many other reviews, They will contact you for placing the order with some 10% off coupon, And once the order is placed, they will cancel it and will put the money into their eWallet. And their refund time limit is 15 days, after 15 days they will stop attending to your mail or call...
I had a wonderful experience with Maxbhi.
My huawei y9 prime display glass was broken and I did not find it in whole pune. Then I ordered it from Maxbhi and it got successfully delivered on the next day itself. The service and customer response is appreciated.
Maximum time provided duplicate product and they don't have pickup faculty for Return. If you want to return product, Then you have to return at your own(courier cost)
Also they don't have refund policy, they just replace it and it's limit within 30 days.

I did purchase one temepred glass. Cost was more than usual. Later it informed that supplier has cancelled the order. They should have confirmation beforehand from seller than only company should place it on website for sale to customers.
More funnier thing. Company informed that they have put my refund in ewallet of the company. Money should be returned to customers bank account/ credit card/ paytm etc. without requesting customer to transfer from e-wallet to bank accounts etc. What an jugglery?

I have received the wrong product that is too damaged. They are asking for an unboxing video as proof. Generally, no one makes unboxing videos. They are totally cheating on the customer. Maybe someone in their team is supplying good products outside and replacing them with used products. No wonder company is located in Ghaziabad one of the worst mannerless and ethicless public in that place. This is a big loophole which they need to address, or else this company cannot run far. I was bit afraid to order from Maxbhi website for two reasons. 1. I never heard of this webside and I was thinking that it may be a fraud 2. Even if I order then does it fit my tab or not. Btw, I wanted to order touch screen. To ensure, I called their customer care and they responded well and confirm me that they have touch screen. Finally, I place order and when it reach to me then I observed good packing and it perfectly fit to my tab.
So, surely, I will recommend this website for mobile accessories. ALso, I discover it late that this webside has provision to upload damage mobile photo so that they can examine and send correct part. I did not do this but I observed it later which is good.

They have been cancelling my order multiple times and primary order splitted into 2. They shipped 1 part and other part getting cancelled. They ask to get return the first part as that is of no use, they throw policy on the face. They are frustrating and do not understand this logically.

Worst site ever to order anything online. First, they get you mostly the wrong product or dysfunctional item, then give you wring instryctions regarding replacement. After days of waiting for replacement, they ask you to pay for replacement too.
Nothing good to say. Neither about quality of products or service.
Better go for amazon or Flipkart, atleast they get you refund on time.
I get the best quality back penal for my moto G5s Plus on very cheap rate. This site is having very good response. As well as they this site deals very well.
