No ethics of dealing with customer. No return policy and incorrect descriptions leading to wrong purchase still arrogant to take returns beside months of raising concerns. I understand, MAXBHI Have Doubts about their own products or have highly incapable vendor support. Their customer service are helpless goats who refuse to take forward actions as no escalation in Customer service. If Maxbhi.com have guts, just call back.

I have ordered a screen of Panasonic t31
And the ordered get cancelled and they even do not return the money. I complaint them but they told that it had been processed. It has been since 22 days. I am waiting as they had told me to wait for 3 more days. After that if I will not get my refund I will file complaints against them as such kind of online sites should not exist.

I had ordered Touch Screen Digitizer for Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus from Maxbhi.com through DTDC couriers, however after opening the package I found that the Touch Screen Digitizer was broken, the product is completely damaged.
I had raised the issue with Maxbhi.com, and as per Maxbhi.com they are not responsible for any kind of damage in transit/transport.
I have sent several emails to DTDC customer support, however did not get any response from them.

I payed 501/- for it using my bank account and they refunded that amount to Maxbhi e-wallet which is of no use for me! I have NO PLANS to purchase again from Maxbhi, so in what way does the e-wallet be useful?
I contacted their CS three days back with ref #******* asking to refund amount to my bank account but received no response yet.
I already bought it from other store. So no more need that item. Just want my money back!

I placed order on site and the site says the product is available to order. Next I pay them online and within less than 24 hours they cancel the order without taking my consent on phone. Next they credit the amount to e-wallet when I never asked them to do that. After enquiring with their customer support, they say the part is not available, hence they have cancelled my order. What moral right they have to accept order and take payment when they dont have stock.
If the product is available to order then they should not take any payment until the item is in stock. They can only charge when they have stock which is a standard practice worldwide.
Now its more than 11 days and the money is still not refunded to my account. The company should be taken to consumer court so they wont cheat people any more.
I am feeling nice to have such a wonderful site, for not to buy things but to buy happiness... Some of the people giving negative thoughts about the site... So I would say here that... they have no sense to justify the things and situation...

My phone back panel has been broken for some time, So I found the suitable back glass for my phone on the maxbhi website. I ordered it and it delivered on a timely manner with no hassle, overall expectations achieved.
I ordered one thing and they sent cheap version that not match in the pictures, after complain and delay of 2 weeks for delivery, they said, refund is not possible! I took pictures and show how different is this version from the pictures, so stay away from this site!
