As it was my first experience with the www.maxbhi.com, Must say it was really amazing, I bought a Xiaomi Mi5 back panel which came up with absolutely perfect fit & size and also the quick delivery & packaging of the product was up to the mark.

When you call customers service they argue with you and cut the call. If you call them again they don't receive and cutting the call. I purchased a product. But they don't deliver my product. Every time I call them to deliver my product they do not and extending date of time. Then after they don't fulfil their promises accordingly. Very poor customer support. Don't buy if you don't want to put yourself in trouble

I bought a iphone display from them and received an defect product. I contacted Maxbhi customer service and they promised me a replace it. So I send the wrong item back and according to them I was return to company post address, but I never received anything. It is now over a week...

I ordered with Maxbhi 2 times and both time their inventory was short for some product but they send remaining order and was accurate. Also they provided maxbhi point in wallet in spite of refunding non available product amount. But overall because product which they deliver was good & was in working condition.

Replaced product is also not working i have booked product in june month and it was delivered but it was not working and i requested to replacement and i got replacement product that product is also not working
