Their mattresses do not withstand the test of true time and their warranties are limited we bought a mattress 3 years ago and it's sagging. Submitted claim states it's within standard. I disagree but they have lost a customer. I will never buy their mattress again Or any brand from them again. So disappointed have been a customer for years.

I love my new Beauty Rest Black C-class cal-king. I experienced an issue after delivery of my new mattress and after speaking with Merrick, I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the issue. The bed I was sold was misleading and awful so I wanted my money back (yea right) so I exchanged it. Their customer service online is extremely rude and will close your chat if they just don't want to talk or answer you. A manager is NEVER available. The two men who delivered my replacement bed asked me TWICE if I was home alone. Thankfully my husband was upstairs working. Don't shop at mattress firm online!
We went in to mattress firm store on Contra Costa Blvd. In Pleasant hill Ca. Intending on just browsing for new mattress. The sales person Shelby was so adept and knowledgeable in answering our questions. He was so patient and professional that we were able to find just what we were looking for purchasing quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. Took advantage of my 86 year old mother and sold her something that was not what she was laying in and agreed to. She asked "and I get this remote? " which was for a platform that raised the head and feet. Anthony said "yes". What's we got was a platform that only raised the head if the bed and has a remote on a wire. Not at all what we were told in the store. She came in to look at the Labor Day sale queen size mattress and free platform. They had NONE if these. Really leaves us thinking we had been deceived! Don't go there! One star for the delivery people who had no control over what was delivered.
Didn't help with 2. Ooo dollar bed that collapse in a year purple bed don't but they suck and mattress firm will not replace cause they said bed was stained has nothing to do with it breaking not like they will resell anyway its bull$#*!
Visited Mattress Firm on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth, NH. The salesperson, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and showed us many options to help us make an informed decision. We were there about 90 minutes trying out various mattress sizes, manufacturers and firmness. There was no high pressure selling at all. Vey happy with our experience.
Mattress firm lied about their no interest financing. They were not supposed to charge for delivering the mattress. They did. The bank they use synchrony bank is also a part of their crime family. I did not get their mattress. I wanted to get my money back for their terrible pillows. They take advantage of people. They need a lawsuit against them. It has been a night mare dealing with them. Now I have to struggle to pay 700.00 for pillows we don't use.300.00 for pillows and mattress protector we don't use at 30 percent interest. They lied and cheated me. I am on disability. They do not care about cheating people. I disputed the amount with the bank. They cheated me also. It is shameful how they lie and cheat people. Now we have a great mattress from Sam's Club for 500.00. It is much more comfortable and reasonably priced. Don't get scammed by mattress firm. I'm sure they have been dirty with others as well. Spread the word to keep them from cheating disabled people.
I see your commercials are all black actors so they must be your target audience. I was searching for a mattress but being white couldn't identify with anyone in your commercial. So I'll take my business elsewhere. Good luck with 13% of the population! How many blacks will buy your mattresses - go woke and go broke. You're an anti white racist company!
On Sunday August 27 (2016) we were looking for a full size mattress for my eight year old daughter, so we ended up at the Mattress Firm store at 349 Rand Road in Arlington Heights Illinois location after going from competitor to competitor.
Upon our arrival we met Tony a sales rep who assisted us in choosing the right mattress for her.
Tony spent time with us to explain the different types of mattresses.
Well to make a long story short we purchased our mattress with him but it wasn't all about the mattress it was how he patiently dealt with us - the service he and his manager provided that sold us from going any where else.

I brought an adjustable queen bed frame over $1300 & top of the line mattress. After 3 months the $3000 mattress had to be replaced because it sagged. Now after 6 months the adjustable base has stopped working in the upright position. I'm 75 & they said I have to go thru their warranty dept file a claim. Crawl under bed and get lot # (7to 10 days or more) because they deal with 3 companies for bases and they aren't sure which manufacturer made my base. I can't even sleep in the bed. Dont buy from mattress firm, if you do and the product is defective, you will be sorry.
I bought a Serta online from Mattress Firm. Was on sale with discounts. A great deal! But after 2/years, the Serta mattress has collapsed (as in sinks in where we sleep). I filled a warranty claim and Mattress Firm agreed. So Mattress Firm gave me a store credit for the discounted price of the mattress with no options to physically replace the mattress. I need a mattress, not a store credit. Note that the sale price I bought it for will not cover the purchase of a new one (big exclusions stating that the credit cert could not be used on any sale or discounted items, so I cannot get the same deal I had before... I will need to pay up and pay the list price for my replacement). Yes, they got me. So bottom line, I cannot recommend Serta nor Mattress Firm. Order from any other manufacturer online. Or Amazon who holds true to their warranty. Just my experience and opinion.
I got a confirm for delivery, waited home all day, no show, I contacted them via chat was told my mattress delivery was not ordered "and I don't know why". Rescheduled following week for 5pm or later delivery got notice it was scheduled for early AM. Did the "chat" again (previously cut off twice) asked to cancel order but was told I couldn't it was "locked in" I told them no one would be at the house to receive it. As of now no idea what is going to happen. Once you place an order and they have your money, You cannot talk to a person. You have to chat and they will systematically disconnect your chat. Total incompetence. Waste of time company go elsewhere. Still waiting on my full refund.
Spend 2800.00 on a hybrid Seally posture pedic plus with frame to go up and down. That ruins the middle of the mattress, we wake up with terrible back pains, you sink in,you slide off bed,no edge, sides like a water fall, and forget fun times in that bed completely out, Warranty's is a fake and they made me pay 79.00 to come out to see it, said dent in bed caused by our posture? Went in store and saw a young man complaining about mattress giving him back pains also,,I thought maybe the mattress was made for young people,,,NO not old or young mattress is a back killer,,, never will I recommend mattress firm to anyone, mattress is only 10 month old never was good
Expensive but not comfortable. The mattress is not what we expected. Although we tested it in the store and it was delivered on time, the mattress has not performed well. We wake up every morning with lower back pain. We first attributed it to adjusting to a new mattress. We have rotated the mattress and it still hasn't helped. I know we are 6 months past the trial date and cannot return it, but I would not get a foam mattress again. Give me an old spring mattress for support and comfort.
My husband bought a mattress two weeks ago and the delivery date changes everyday, and now finally the day it's supposed to arrive we have to call them because we get no confirmation, then the warehouse says there's been a manufacturing issue. We've been waiting for this bed to arrive, we've taken work off and re scheduled three different time changes due to their issues. Now it's saying the bed we purchased (which said it would get here 3 days after last weeks purchase) is now arriving in a month. Absolutely ridiculous and bad costumer service. Cancelled my entire order and will not be shopping here again.

I gave mattress firm 5 stars after I bought a $2583 mattress from them 3 months ago. I should have waited... I called them 2 weeks ago, spoke to the salesman that I worked with, told him about a concern/issue that I had with my newly purchased mattress. He told me that his manager, Eric, would get back to me. He did not... very sorry that their concern for customers is not better.
The mattress delivered was 1.5 inches too narrow and 2.5 inches too short. I was told that sometimes mattresses shrink in storage. Why was I not told that when I purchased. I would have measured it before truck left. I don't believe this. What they are doing is selling you mattresses that are too small. Now, what do I do. If I send it back, I pay $99.99 dollars. If the second mattress is the same way, well. I am out of luck. I would be stuck with a short mattress. Having problems finding fitted sheets. Also having impossible problem finding furniture company that is ethical. Constant problems like this.
The 120 dmrmtry your purchase does not apply to all purchases, I want a refund but cannot get one we spent 4800.00 and are stuck with a product that was not what we wanted or agreed upon, purchase receipts keep changing on us HELP in very difficult to get
Answer: Who knows? They say 7 days, but that's 7 days AFTER they process your refund request which takes however long they feel like taking.
