More than 3 months passed and I didn't receive even a single notification of a girl that expressed her interest in me. Since I had already bought the gold pack subscription, I had to file a complaint in their complaint section. After this action, I received a call from MatrimonialsIndia.com and their executive told that my problem has been resolved.

I would not even want to give this site one star. Soon as I registered I started receiving messages and calls on whatsapp to pay. To convince me she shows good photos of guys and says they are showing so much interest on me. She said she will do conference call with one guy I pick. Once it is time for conference call she makes excuses of him not answering her calls as he is out with his friends and that we can try tomorrow. She gives me false promises until payments gone then after that she never responded. If I can at least save one person from this scam I will be happy. Most of the profiles are fake. Do not share any photos or any details of yours. Your photos gets used to scam others which gets sent privately to others..

If you are genuinely wanting to find a partner, then DONT use Matrimonialindia. The service and site features are all geared towards sucking you into false narrative. The site has technical issues, the so called assistants are pressured to lead you deeper into paying more for less and less.

The site also hosts scammers who prey on innocent victims and when I personally identified one, matrimonial made no apology nor explained what measures they take to prevent this.

The entire business is DEFINITELY NOT focused on matrimonial efforts... the focus is on providing sub standard services for maximum financial gain.

Those working there need to look in the mirror.

The world is already bad... matrimonial India is part of the taking advantage of innocence.

The fact that my complaint will not be addressed by the owners of matrimonial should be proof enough.

Hi, i made a profile for my brother here.
They send me a pic and said she belong to NZ and highly interested in your profile then i paid full amount $350 usd and then their whole staff block my number as they wrote on all reviews please try to contact our feedback portal i did that too and trust me no one will hear you anywhere and after few days just to check them i made another profile for Australian girl they sent me a same pic of that girl but this time she has australia citizenship.
Before payment they said we have more than 100 matches in front of me then suddenly all those 100 profiles got married... i have all proofs don't waste your money just contact me once i will show you their call recordings and chat screenshots. My contact no. Is *******308 and my email id is *******@gmail.com

Paid at least $700 dollars in total and the profiles are fake. Most of them are created based on what you have put as your preference and recommendation. If you look at the discriptions it's all the same. Don't give any money to them. Also most of the 5* reviews are given by people who work there. Use shaidi.com.

Do not proceed any payment with this matrimonialsindia.com, it"s SCAM, they will send you a link to pay, once you paid through that link that's it, they will take you all the money in the account, please be aware of this fraud. Thank you

I would totally encourage everyone to stay away from Matrimonialindia, This is a total scam! I took the premium annual membership in july 2023 and till date - January2024, I have not spoken to one potential match. The pattern is once you like a profile, after a few days the match gets declined. Please don't waste your precious money on this matrimonial service. In fact, this website/business should be reported. I wanted to give my review so that it helps other people in future. Being a current customer, my experience with this service has been bad. I would give it a zero star if I could. I expect that this review will be backed with many good reviews to keep their ratings up. So, do take your time and read. Thanks.

Read quite a few one star reviews that look real and full star reviews look so fake and buttered. And many profiles look fake. Probably uploaded by you all.

After paying for the gold membership my profile does not work, and don't call people like mad once you get thier information.

I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Its not worth it.
I paid $450usd for 3 months, was a rip off. I have to keep chasing them up to get anything done, haven't received any proposals for a month I think.
They are not interested in knowing or updating the site with your partner preference. They keep introducing me to guys who didn't meet my preference. I have finally given up and requested for a refund a couple of weeks ago... still waiting on refund forms

This is just a money laundering website. They don't have any good profiles. The service person will send you some photos without the concert of the person in it and try to convince you that this profile matches you and makes you pay for the service. Once you pay for the service, you won't get any response or service from them.
