I ordered quite few items at once.
First they send it at different times, meaning I'll be paying for every parcel's custom fees.
Just received the first parcel, paid £14 in custom fees and realised the items are way under the quality I have paid for.
Expecting at least 2 other parcels, so at least £28 more to pay, and now expecting the same low quality is annoying. Of course I don't have time or energy or even money to pay for them to be sent back.
The photo is showing the jacket quality, which is not the quality you'd expect from a £50 jacket, looks like a tracksuit jacket. Horribly made.
Total scam, not happy at all.

Probably the worst merchandise I ever bought online. First a pair of cheap, rubber smelling shoes that I could not even wear for a few minutes without my feet hurting. Returning it was so expensive that I gave them to Goodwill. Since they were offering a discount coupon in lieu of returning the shoes, I decided to get a free pair of sunglasses. Again a $2 pair they sell for $40+. Total scam!

Ordered "Mitchel Casual Shoes" from Masorini.com. Had to wait for 3 months for delivery. The shoes were total trash when they finally came, went straight to the bin. I complained and was offered a discount voucher for 75% of the price or to send it back. Will never shop from them again.

Receive the water today looks nothing like what was in the picture looks actually like a Charles bracelet won't fit around my wrist and my wrist aren't very large red so many negative reviews I won't waste my time trying to get my money back fair warning do not I repeat do not do business with this company

This company is a scam. Probably doesn't even exist. They will bill your debit card and send you nothing. Then it's nothing but email tag forever. They took $50 of my money and I never received anything.

I'd give a zero if I could. Looks like a scam. No way to contact them except through email. I ordered in early January and still haven't received the shoes I ordered. They have auto reply to emails that say someone will get back to you but they never do.

Definitely mostly fake reviews. I decided to order 1 items after seeing a Face book add of a jacket and that looked great. The jacket arrived after one month (directly from China) and had nothing to do with the picture of the add. While I had ordered an XXXL size it basically fitted like a large and most importantly the quality was very very poor. It took me about month never get the return. They said you buy another jacket we give you discount The quality is just horrible Never again Masorini.

Advice:
1- Don't buy - it's a scam.
2- If you did to get your product you WILL have to hassle them for ages - Don't bother being polite, if they didn't want to be treated like crap they'd work for a real company.
3- The product quality is REALLY poor.

I do believe that should be no stars at all. This "company" is a joke. Really take like 2-3 months to get the product. Quality? Please is a terrible product. Shoes were ordered and doesn't look like the picture. There is no leader at all. Looks more like plastic and smelling like Insecticide. They also have the courage to sent an email asking for the review when we even have the product yet, so this is it. We are gonna star with the devolution process but I'm worry about the bad reviews about it. So DO NOT BUY, DO NO WAISTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Ordered TWO things in November... Denim jacket at least arrived - poor quality, super small (for a 3XL), shipped from Hong Kong... Piece of crap.
The SHOES never arrived... now is the end of January... So called "Customer service" just bounce automated e-mails and NEVER ANSWER IN PERSON.

If you live outside of Spain, I wouldn't order from Masorini.com. They don't pay for return shipping if you are not happy with the product. To return the item, it cost me nearly the total cost of the product. What a waste of money and my time. Also, the product picture online looked nothing like the actual product. Buyers Beware!

They took my money and "shipped" my order to the wrong state. After providing proof I didn't get it they ignored my emails and I'm out $100

Actually I warn you to deal with them after getting scammed by purchasing a Tactical watch from them since Dec 2018 and didn't receive it till now. They don't answer my mail or refund my money.
Please be aware for not stealing your money also

Horrible experience, my order took over a month to arrive and when I received them, the design was not consistent with the website description or images at all. The button and button holes did not line up, there was no tag on the shirt at all (not even a size) and there was a "Marshall Fredd" logo on the front of the shirt that wasn't in the picture or the description on their website. Buyers beware!

Do NOT waste your money and time ordering trendy' men's clothing & accessories from this scam site! Fake pics, scripted and transparent fake reviews, cheaply made Chinese manufactured products that are counterfeit and fraudulent as per the posted pics and descriptions. The customer service email replies you receive are all part of the scam and the overall nonsense. The pic for the bomber jacket I ordered was taken off Amazon and the XL would fit a 9 or 10 year old. The bracelet was junk and wouldn't come off my wrist lol. Plus, you will wait at least a month or more if you even receive anything and no refunds are issued. You will be offered a 75% coupon on your next order lol. BEWARE! You have been forewarned.

Masorini is a fraudster and sent me a knockoff jacket that is clearly not the item advertised. I've already reported this to the BBB as a scam. The products are not wearable, the quality is horrible, the sizing is completely wrong, the actual product looks nothing like the pictures. The scam includes the lengthy return instruction they provided in their response.

This is a fake company. There clothing is nothing like stated and trying to get in contact with someone is IMPOSSIBLE! IT TOOK OVER 30 DAYS after shipping to receive these items and they want pictures in order for me to return! ARE U KIDDING ME! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY WORST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE

I bought a shoe on line first they send the wrong size, when I ask for return they want me to pay for shipping for there mistake, also the shoes is not what it looks in the picture it is cheap some thing you can get from payless not worth the money I paid, buyer beware..

This company is a scam. Do NOT order from Masorini! We ordered shoes and a dress shirt in Men's sizes 13 and XXL. The shoes were so small, I couldn't even get my foot into them. And the shirt was so small the sleeves came half way down my forearms and barely covered my belly button. And to be clear, I'm not overweight, I'm 6'6" tall and typically wear XXL for additional length. Both things we bought would fit a child, but not a grown adult. The Customer Service rep refused to refund our money, and would only give us a 75% off coupon to order more items from the company. Also, people, please be aware that this company does not ship from California. They ship from China and the delivery was over a month late. Anyways... I even offered to pay the shipping back to China...

I eventually Had to stop payment with my Credit Card company for a fraudulent purchase.

Save your money, time and dignity. DO NOT order from Masorini!

It was a very disappointing experience, was impressed with the site and online products. So placed an order for the shoes. In jan2019. It's April 2019 and haven't received the product nor a refund. Kept mailing but their customer care said it's in the courier... Hope this can take some constructive outcome..

A month later. Still waiting for tracking details, nevermind the parcel. Have sent an enquiry and had no response at all.
