I had been a member for years and had no issues redeeming my points, but lately that has ceased to be the case. I don't know if there's been a change of staff or what. I also noticed that their location is now listed as being Arizona. Huh?

I've written their support, and they replied that my payment has been sent, but I still haven't received it, and it look like I'm going to either. I redeemed 5000 points for a $50. Amazon Gift card on March 11,2024, and still haven't received it, despite their last email assuring me that it has been resent. I also checked my SPAM folder to see if it might have landed in there. Nope. No sign of it.

So I'm just going to write it off and delete my account as it just seem seem like it's worth the effort anymore. And yes, I also had surveys that I did and wasn't credited for but I just let them go.

Don't waste your time with this site folks.

I am relatively new but very unimpressed so far. Have spent up to 20 minutes on a supposed 15 minute survey only to be told sorry you don't qualify for the rest but we will give you 1 contest entry. Just spent about 1/2 hour on a twenty minute survey not including 10 minutes of pre survey questions only to not be told the reward and then finding out I only got one stinking contest entry for it all. I'll wait till the contest period is over and then I am out of there.
