Quick and well-priced. They replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone 6 in less than 15 minutes. I hung out on the couch while it was being fixed, but there's plenty of spots nearby on Main Street to grab something to drink/eat while you're waiting. They have a coupon available through Yelp which lowers the price below what you'd pay at an Apple Store or mall kiosk. The use the screen from the HCQS is really good. Overall great experience in terms of convenience, pricing, and phone repair expertise.
