I ordered a jersey on 11/29 in hopes that it would be there by Christmas. On 12/15, I get an email saying 10-18 days. There are a few check ins at a place in NJ on 12/15 and 12/17 but they all still say they are waiting to deliver to USPS. Nothing on the tracker has been updated since 12/17. I'm still without the jersey. Not the best experience with them.

I placed an order on 12-22-23, unfortunately, not realizing that this product is manufactured out of the US. I am still waiting for this order. I have mistakenly ordered from one other company outside the US which finally delivered an unacceptable product resulting in a return that was a nightmare. Such companies fail to openly disclose their locations upon placing an order. The details are revealed when a customer begins to question the whereabouts of an order. I am skeptical at this point about the quality of the product but am hoping it does not require a return.

I knew as soon as I placed my order it was a mistake. First, there's no live customer service number to call for any issues/concerns. There was no follow up after purchase of proof of purchase besides my PayPal charge. Then, shipping. I placed my order the first week of November, it is now December 15 and do not have the item for Christmas. Tracking the package on USPS, the item took over 3 weeks to make it to one shipping place in Jamaica. When trying to email this company's "customer service" you get bland responses and no solid results. I tried to cancel the item prior to any movement in shipping and was denied. I don't even know if I'll get it at this point. I am so terribly disappointed. I will never recommend this place to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!

Was skeptical of this company (www.malcom terry.com) but was desperate for a collegiate- customized - jersey of my kids favorite college team. After scouring the internet I kept coming back to this company. I am a coach of 20+ years so I deal with uniforms all of the time. All this to say, my expectations were really high… All I know is the order was super easy as was the communication (via email) with Jody. A few weeks later my order arrived and it literally blew my mind how good it was. Everything was stitched and the material is top notch. I ordered 2 custom jerseys. Will be ordering more in the future. Would expect to pay a lot more anywhere else... If you want a custom college jersey that looks identical to the on field jersey of your team then order from here. You won't be disappointed

The shipping info said it would come within 10-15 days - it took a month. The product eventually arrived and it was fine, but if you're buying for a specific event (e.g., a birthday, or Christmas), buy EARLY, and don't expect to ever get a shipping number, because you never will.

I ordered a jersey for my Grandson reading all of the reviews and thinking this was something inside the US. Hopefully of getting it before Christmas. As of Today 12-28-23 I still haven't received my package. Tried emailing cause they don't take phone calls and get the same run around each time.

If it seems too good to be true it probably is. After struggling to find exactly what I wanted, I let hope get the best of me and bought an XL adult jersey Washington Huskies jersey from MalcomTerry.com. The color is all wrong and the XL is gigantic. It looks phony. Never wore it. Ended up springing for a licensed one. I mean, it's not terrible, but I'll never wear it. Came on time, customized as ordered. Threads coming out. Obviously a cheap replica fake. See if you can tell the real from the fake,

Order two personalized jerseys months prior to Christmas (order: *******), took almost 6 weeks to arrive, but only one jersey. Sent email, I'll say Jody was prompt and curtious, she said the other would be sent. Showed up 4 weeks later but I ordered a large female jersey, I received a child's size, no way I could give as a gift.

I ordered a jersey over a month ago. There is no tracking information. They said that the jersey would arrive anywhere from 7 to 21 days. We are over a month later. I have no tracking information I have no jersey. It was a birthday present for my stepson. There is no way to communicate with anyone. They will blow up your inbox every day with multiple emails wanting you to buy stuff. They may appear to be cheaper but they will steal your money and not send you your item. I am still waiting for an item that was ordered at this point 45 days ago.

I got the item after a long, long wait. However, now I need to return the item and I find it is basically impossible to do so. I never received an email with a confirmation number, I received no receipt with the item I ordered, there was no email with a tracking number, there is no customer service number to call, and when I try to send an email, it shoots it back to me. So I guess I am stuck with an $85 item that isn't going to work for my son.

I ordered my son a jersey two days after Thanksgiving and received it a MONTH later! I was not impressed. It looked fake(which I'm sure it is) It appeared as if they sewed the Nike logo on and all the patches were loosely glued. Not impressed. I paid a little over $90 for a YOUTH jersey and it was not worth it in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE!

I've bought about 4 sports jerseys from MalcomTerry.com now...they're great! Good quality and a great deal! It takes a while to receive but they are reliable and worth the wait!

The only thing I will say is the timing, but other than that, I'm very satisfied. There was good communication, and the jersey itself was exactly what I ordered, no complaints there.

Email I received when I asked to send the jersey back:
"Hi again, After checking carefully again, The item you received is the same as the product on our website. I watched it several times and found no mistakes. According to the policy, we just accept resend or refund when the package or the item was damaged or wrong. The item took a lot of time to ship for you and very costly. I see that the jersey looks fine. If you are not satisfied, so can I refund you 15%? Please let me know, I will process and refund you immediately. I always try our best for customer service is our top priority. Hope you understand this situation and sympathize for us. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

See attached Refund Policy. It was NOT honored.
Like closely at the pictures. The name is sewn on another piece of fabric and then added to the back. The name is felt and then sewn to the strip of material that was sewn to the back.
There is a seam running across the back of the jersey where it was pieced together and sewn to make the back.
They refused to give me a refund and wanted to argue with me. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank after going back-and-forth with them for two weeks.

I spent over 80.00 on a custom jersey. I ordered a small and the jerseythat came was a child size. They were unwilling to make it right. What a Scam!

I ordered an adult large and received a kids large. Item was personalized for my son and I couldn't even wear it to the game.
