I also made the same mistake as most of us. Looking fore the cheapest way to buy gifts for our family and friends. The sale guy would answer my questions fast and seemed like a good person to do business with. But after I sent 3 wires for about a total of $800.00 and giving me a fake tracking number that sale person stop replying to my emails quickly and took my money and ran. This is like so unreal can't believe this would happen but it did. My hard earned money gone with out any product to show for it. The items I ordered was gifts for my kids I feel so shame cause Christmas came and had nothing to give them yup it hurt so bad. But I guess get one happy sale guy spending my money in china. To much never ever trusting again

The goods the sell are imitations of the real things. I bought "Ugg" boots from them, I knew immediately they were extremely cheap knock-offs. There was even some stitching damage. I took some photos and sent them to their complaints department. They did get back to me, but said that it was fine and they would not take them as a return. Live and Learn. I was surprised there aren't more complaints out there about madeinchina.com. I tried finding some negative reviews before my purchase and didn't find any. Hopefully this will help someone else.

Your site is a scam site and you need to look at your scam sellers and staff who do NOT give a dam, I have been waiting since January 17th for my order, Your staff have put the date now for shipping to February 17th, DISGUSTING... The seller HIHIR1219 WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS From myself or DHGate staff... I want my money REFUNDED, You have the worst customer service on this planet and you should be SHUT DOWN as a scam site... YOU need to deal with this instead of stealing money from people. I was looking to buy a Sea Doo Jet Ski from made in China, they prices varied a lot, some where US$6000 and some as high as US$*******. Anyway after back and forth searching I came across a Sea Doo Company Promotion selling them for as little as a US$1000 per Unit with a buy get one for free.
You see I buy nearly everything I need from Ali Express, that Company is extremely professional and safe, buy something that was not as claimed in the Advertised Site you are guaranteed a refund and so I idiotically thought Made in China would be exactly the same. I have no idea how I made contact on the Made in China advert when a sales rep was using a Gmail Email Account to discuss my order of Jet Ski's. At first I didn't think much of it but when I finally agreed on Colours and was happy with Freight Costs it was time to finalise the purchase. I was sent an email asking to give all my details so he could write out an Invoice, set delivery and get the Warehouse to start the order, I gave my details and a few hours later I received an email asking me to deposit US$3000 into what looked like a Spanish persons name on the Bank Account. That is when I got very suspicious that I am dealing with a Fraud, there was no Company Invoice, no Letterhead with the Company name, Address, no official Wed site, Phone numbers etc etc. Just a request to put the money into a private individuals bank account. So I naturally declined to deal any further with them. After writing this review I went back to take a screen shot and that advert disappeared.
