In 2022 I had an 11,000 dollar shower replacement by Mad City. It turned out and I still like it other than the rusty insert where the shampoo, etc sits in. I contacted Mad City who got me in contact with the sub-contractor who makes them and that person was less than helpful. He inferred I'm dirty and I should clean it (I had sent pictures of the rust). Since then I placed a cheap plastic container to put my shampoo and body soap in purposely so the unit does not get water (looks great with my 11,000 shower!). Some time later I again reached out to Mad City - never heard back. I would not do business with them again. Also, now the caulking is coming loose where the wall meets the shower pan, I expect it will begin to leak and cause mold - hmmmm - think it would do me any good to contact them?

Overall, the service with Mad City Windows was great.

When I had my consultation, some guy came by at 6 PM sharp, but he stayed there until 10 PM! My family and I had a late dinner, and my daughter and my dogs were sitting in our freezing garage the whole entire time.

When they finally came to replace my windows, there were only 2 guys attending to my hose, and they did a fantastic and quick job. They started a little before 9 AM and ended around 4 PM. They replaced 8 windows and 1 patio door.

I went to look outside at the windows the next day in the sunlight, and in less than 10 minutes I had found 20 screws, little sharp metal scraps, and chunks of wood and plastic. And that was only in the backyard! From what I could see, they also left 17 screws on my roof.
