I bid on a fishing rod that said open box only to find the rod broken in half. When I complained they said you do know the policy on open box. I responded open box is one thing but a broken rod is clearly damaged and unusable I did get my money back but it wasn't easy. They offer for additional money you can return the items within 5 days but why should I have to pay extra money to keep them honest.
