I'd like to give this car rental website a strong zero-star rating for their utterly deceitful practices. I originally reserved an automatic car for my stay in Istanbul, only to be handed a manual one upon arrival. Despite passionately voicing my concerns with the car provider, it was revealed that they had knowingly accepted a booking for a manual car when they had no automatics available. Consequently, we were forced to scramble and rent from another company at the airport. This experience undoubtedly ranks as my most dreadful encounter with a car rental service. They single-handedly switched my reservation to a manual transmission, fully aware that their car provider had no automatics in stock. Their customer service is a shocking display of rudeness and negligence. My pleas for cancellation went unanswered, and my emails, which clearly documented my request for an automatic vehicle, were completely ignored. In summary, CarJet is nothing short of a shameless rip-off, and their customer service team is a perfect example of incompetence and indifference
