I've been a long time customer and the last two LV Pochette Metis Monogram Empreinte Leather Noir ($527 ea.) the clasps have broken within a year of purchasing the bags. I've contacted LuxuryTastic about the issue and they have never responded. The customer service as well as the quality of the handbags has severely declined. I would not recommend spending this amount of money for a handbag that only lasts 6-8 months. Very dissatisfied customer.

I don't understand how this website got so many 5 star reviews. Just know that they will make you pay with the Wise app (you pay the transaction fees); you can't get a refund even when the item is out of stock AFTER you made the payment. They will make you choose something else and they are non-apologetic about the troubles they put your thru. The product is way overpriced for the quality…that is not there. I paid $475 for a small bag with bad stitches. Totally unacceptable. Buy at your own risk.
