The only part you need to read: IT'S A SCAM! Their sales process works and they respond within minutes. It's all part of the scam. Once you pay, forget it. Bought a ring, it wasn't what I bought, instead of yellow gold they sent a platted gold that worn out when cleaning, then I returned and asked for a white gold ring instead. They said it would take a couple of weeks to send a new one. It has been over a month. For the last 2 weeks they simply stopped responding my contact attempts, blocked me on Instagram and none of the people reply back to messages, calls or whatever way you try to contact them. Every two weeks they will vaguely say "it's being made, I will get back to you" then they ghost you for another couple of weeks. BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. WORST BUSINESS I EVER HAD.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I purchased a ring for my wife and was provided a 20-40 day timeline for shipping. September 14th came I contacted Brandon and asked him if the ring was going to be shipped out, if so I would like to purchase the band with the ring. He wrote back stating yes it would be sent out and he would send a link to buy the band. I emailed Brandon for about another week asking for the status of the ring with zero response. It wasn't till I called him a fraud and threatened to report him to the FTC and state AG that he replied back to my email. He wrote back that he was not a fraud and that he had refunded my money. I waited a week for the money to be posted to my card. Here I am almost a couple weeks later with still no refund. Do not fall victim to his bogus refund email. I have now filed a claim with my bank and have to wait even longer to get my money back.

The customer service is horrible I would not recommend. The ring didn't come in the time frame they have so I sent multiple emails asking for an update and they were all ignored. After a few weeks past the expected arrival date with no response I filed a claim with my bank 30 to dispute the charges then the ring magically got delivered with no notification it was coming. Because I didn't know it was coming I hadn't got the chance to cancel the claim before I recieved a rude message from Brandon asking me why I said I didn't get my ring. The ring looks ok, it doesn't look as good as it did on their website I'm going to get it appraised and make sure it's at least moissanite because I don't trust them

Bought a ring changed the order confirmed everything g went over details and sent wrong ring and got 0 response back can see they read my messages but won't respond at all no explanation nothing not even acknowledge the dm's that they read!

The ring is beautiful however once you purchase from them you will never hear from them again. I needed to get a ring resized since my now fiancé has lost a little weight and over the last 7 weeks and 4 emails through me in addition to 1 email from the soon to be wife, not a single response on receiving a reply. Wrote you purchase the ring they will answer any question you have but once the payment is made their automated system will have a bland reply as to the status of your order and again Ghost once you're order has been delivered. I truly recommend that you do not purchase from this company simply because of the service that is provided. Wish I could submit the screen shots of the multiple attempts to reach out to them as proof.

They sold us a $100k ring and we went to get it tested and it's a fake Moissanite. The owner we got it from, Brandon is no where to be found. No email, calls, social media response. Please stay away

I loved the engagement ring my husband got me from Luxe VVS Jewelers so much that we purchased another ring. After seeing the quality of the first ring, I had to come back for one of the eternity band rings. It is absolutely stunning. I've never seen anything like it in person. I'm so happy with both of my rings. It was sooo hard to wait for shipping, but totally worth it!

My sister referred me to this company. I don't usually buy a lot of jewelry but I am super pleased with how my order turned out! Needed some jewelry for nicer events and I wanted something that wasn't too expensive but I could keep it forever.

This piece is absolutely beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. It is a gorgeous piece which sparkles brightly. It feels good on and I receive many compliments. The company was so easy to work with and I received personalized attention to my order. I give it 5 stars and I will definitely purchase from this business again.

I was legit a little skeptical of my purchase here, but everything went really well! I got my wife an eternity band for our 5 year anniversary and she loves it. I looked around and was not able to find anything near the specs on this ring without being completely out of my budget. I saw this company on IG and they helped walk me through everything through dm's. Waiting for the ring to deliver after paying was a little stressful ngl, but everything turned out great. My wife was absolutely shocked. I don't usually do this kind of thing and this ring has some crazy wow factor!

Search up their halo rings! They have diamonds on BOTH sides 3/4 down the way of the band and they are SOOO GORGEOUS. My sisters and I have never seen anything like this! I love my 3 carat center halo rings and I get compliments everywhere! They literally shine from every direction. THANK YOU BRANDON for the recommendation!

I literally can't express how happy I am right now! The customer service from Cassie was absolutely amazing between emails and messages on Instagram! The quality of the ring is beyond amazing. 3 weeks seemed a little long at first, but in my opinion it was 100% worth the wait! I keep getting compliments everywhere I go, my fiancé is so in love with the ring and I honestly wouldn't have been able to do this all without you, Luxe VVS Jewelers! Looking forward to many more purchases with you, and I promise I will refer my friends and family to you as well!

I worked with Brandon and picked the perfect ring for my fiancé. I accidentally picked the wrong size and he was able to re-size the same day! Overall, very good experience.
