I ordered two different wigs from them last week. They both arrived quickly, but not what I ordered. Not only did they have lice, but also the hair is NOT human and it's plastic looking. And the free flat iron looks like it's from dollar tree, and doesn't get hot. And they took additional money without my permission. I'm so disappointed. They advertise lies. They need to be shut down. And the hair had severe splitting and you can see the lice in this picture. I cut the lace not knowing it was covered in lice until I put it on my head. Luckily I had on a plastic cap under the wig. I want a refund!
