The company is garbage you must go thru alot of obstacles to get anything done they tell you the same things over and over nobody knows anything after they get your money horrible business they don't tell you they are based in China they are crooks

It took more than 15days to receive shoes. Tried contacting the customer service through email no response at all. The shoes i received nowhere match to the image shown on the website.
Not worth it.

I received a Damaged pair of shoes. After many emails, the max they would refund is 40%. They do not live up to the return policy. So I have to keep a damage product that I cannot wear and only get a portion back. They even stated they do not want to lose money. Yet they are OK with me losing my money!

I saw ads on social media & I really liked the gladiator sandals. Clicked on the link and to the website I went. There was a sale, so I picked two more pairs; booty style.
I figured the social media networks would vet the vendors, I was so wrong! It took almost 8 weeks for my order to come in. I even received an email asking how I liked the products. I responded that I haven't received my order. 3 days later, I receive my order. The sandals were perfect. The other two pairs were just awful. Too big and appeared nothing like the website. I went round and round with emails to the company. They offered 10, 20, 30, 40% refund and that I could keep the shoes! What am I going to do with shoes that don't fit? And they're hideous! 35 emails later, I was so livid that I just called my bank. The bank reversed the charges. Guess who started emailing me? "Please cancel the charge back" I deleted the email. Scammers at best. Once I got my refund, I took the two pairs of homely shoes & put them out on the corner. I put a note in the boxes and wrote "FREE UGLY A$$ SHOES." Somebody benefited from it. But guess what? You can find them on Amazon!

I ordered a pair of sandals and when they arrived they were not the ones i ordered. After several emails the company told me the warehouse was out of stock so they randomly sent me a replacement shoe. They refuse to take them back and insist they can only give me a 40% discount on them. I did not order them and they admitted they just sent something else. BAD FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This has be3en a nightmare.

The sizes I received are wrong, I want an exchange but no response to my request or email, no customer services and having no clear refund policy or exhange policy is red flag - AVOID at ALL cost

I bought 3 shoes, they don't look like as they advertised. It's not a leather materials. This company sent me the wrong size and wrong colors. I have been sending emails so many times but no response.

Purchased a pair of shoes, and the ones I received did not look like they pictures online - they were SUPER CHEAP quality and SUPER SMALL (over 1 size too small. Emailed customer service for a return, and used the chat function on their website, and did not receive a response. Tried again 2 more times and only received a generic response "your order is on the way" clearly ignoring my request for a refund or an exchange. There is no number to call - this company is a SCAM!

This company is a scam, fraudulent not only in the quality of the cheap products but in the return policy advertised on the website, as well as how they promote themselves as a domestic manufacturer. Don't give yourself the headache of having to email with expecting a refund.

I bought the shoes from them few days ago and it's not fit on me and when I told them about I want to return it then they said no keep the shoes. They don't need the return the item and they are not give me my money back.so don't even buy this again in the future.

A fraud company. The quality is awful. The size doesn't work. They will never return your money back. Be aware!

The scam company. It lies about everything- the quality of shoes, the return policy, the location. You will never get your money back, be aware, don't buy from them. Fraudulent company, a scam.

This company is in China, but they sell to people in the United States. They don't let you know that, when you buy their shoes. The thick sole sandal design was too loose around the ankle, and it was not possible to velcro it at the ankle because of how big it was. It was not at all how it fit in the photos. If you want to return or exchange it, they say you have to pay for return postage to China, which is too expensive, or they said to keep it and then they will give you 30% refund, which isn't at all fair, since I paid $56.58 for the sandal. That's only a refund of $16.57! DO NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. Their shoe quality and return policy is bad.
